Lumabas na ako ng hospital, I can't stay longer.
Pagod na 'ko.
The moment I stepped out of the hospital. I saw Dylan, standing in front of his car, waiting.
"Hey!" I tried to sound happy.
He walked towards me while smiling widely. He did not say anything and just hugged me which made me confused.
Nagtataka man ay ipinagsawalang bahala 'ko nalang, dahil may dala akong sariling sasakyan so hindi ko inexpect na nandito siya.
"Are you alright?" I asked while I tapped his back gently.
"I love you, Hemera." He whispered while hugging me tightly na parang kapag lumuwag ang pagkakayakap niya ay mawawala ako.
I bit my lower lip, trying not to cry.
The last thing I wanna hear for now is 'Are you alright?' or 'Na, okay lang 'yan.'
Because it was not okay and never felt alright. A patient dying in your hands is the most painful part of being a medical personal.
I feel like if he asks me that, I will automatically burst out crying. And I don't want that to happen. I don't wanna burden him anymore. I know that he is a busy person.
"What do you want to eat, baby?" He asks while holding my hands while his other hand is controlling the steering wheel.
"I'm not hungry.'' I said while my attention was on the road. Kahit hindi pa naman talaga ako kumakain. I unconsciously sighed.
"Hmm... want to watch movies?" he softly asked while smiling.
"I just want to sleep." I whispered.
Hindi na ulit ako nakarinig ng salita sa kanya hanggang sa makauwi kami. Dumiretso kaagad ako sa shower ng makapasok sa kwarto.
Inilock ko ito at agad na naghubad ng damit para dumiretso sa shower.
Hindi ko na mabilang kung gaano na ako katagal nagbababad, wala din akong narinig na pagtawag kay Dylan, na parang hinahayaan lamang ako.
