A Forgotten Past

Ame and Gura both went off to find Ina. They traversed through the countless amount of books that were just floating in the air.

"Whoa, there sure are a lot of books" Gura said in awe

A book then suddenly fell down and hit Ame's head causing her to groan in pain.

"Ugh" Ame scratched her head

Ame took a glance at the book and the title caught her eye.

"Holo..Myth..?"

"What is this?" Ame opened the book

When she opened it everything around her stopped.

"W-what is this?" Ame looked around at the frozen tower.

"Gura?" She called for Gura but she wasn't showing any signs of movement either.

Without any clue on how to revert everything back to normal, Ame continued reading the book. She looked at the First page of the book and it read "Chapter 1, The Detective".

Ame continued reading the book, and as she did she figured out that the book was pertaining towards her. It contained all sorts of information like her experiences and characteristics.

It started documenting everything when she first met Yagoo.

'yagoo? Does he know something about this?' Ame thought

Ame continued to reading and eventually reached the part where she met her future self. Everything was normal right up until the very end.

It was at the part where Ame and left to find Gura, a black figure suddenly appeared behind Emilia.

'Yagoo?!?! What was he doing in that universe?! No! How was he even able to travel to that universe?! What's Emilia got to do with him?!' Ame's questions just piled up.

Ame kept reading the book to find more clues about Yagoo and after searching for a while, she found it. It was when She and Gura had left to Find Ina. Someone was making a deal with Nyarlathotep

'Nyarlathotep?! Deal? Plan?!'

After much thought, all her suspicions pointed at Yagoo

'If it really was Yagoo, then what is he after?....The..girls?...' When Ame realized that, she was even more confused

'Yagoo tasked me to find the girls, is her goal the girls? What is he planning to do with them though? Offer them to Nyarlathotep?'

Ame got some answers but was left with even more questions.

She kept reading the book and had finally managed to catch up to the current events. Ame git curious as to what lies in the next page, will it show her the future? Her destiny? But contrary to what she had thought, it was blank.

Ame kept flipping the pages but there was nothing but blank on the rest of the book. After finishing the book had another particular question in mind

'Why me? This entire book seems to revolve around me but..why?....' Ame thought

She looked around her and everything was still completely frozen. But when she closed the book, everything went back to normal

"Ame?"

"!"

"What are you doing just standing there? We gotta hurry and find Ina!" Gura said

"Ah yeah, i'll be right there" Ame took one last look at the book before letting it fly up in the sky again.

Ame and Gura both went around the tower looking for Gura, but Ame couldn't focus as she has her mind full of things she just learned about.

Gura noticing this, asked out of concern "Anything the matter?"
