Chapter 5

Third Person POV

Declan called everyone in the living room for a family meeting.

Felix started "How long is this going to take, I am very busy-" Ezra glared at him to shut him up.

Felix sat back sulking. Noah was on his phone playing video games, not paying any attention to Declan.

"Noah, stop playing video games and give me your phone." Declan ordered, extended his hand, gesturing to Noah to give him his phone.

Once he had everyone's attention "Mother is dead" Declan announced to the boys, with a void of emotion in his tone.

The mood changed and everyone sensed it.

"Finally" Ezra mumbled to himself, sitting in a criss-cross position on the couch.

"And our sister is found, she is coming back home tonight." Declan declared.

Noah was ecstatic when he found out that his sister is returning back home. He always wanted a sister. He does not remember much about Kiara from his childhood because he was himself young.

Ezra was also elated from the news that his younger sister is coming back home. He missed her so much that he could not explain.

Noah and Ezra were the only ones out of the three that Kiara was returning.

Felix not so much.

"No, she can't come here." Felix spat out.

"Why can't she?" Ezra said quickly to defend his sister.

"She doesn't belong here!" Felix spat again.

"That's it! Kiara will return home, end of discussion." Declan said in a scarily calm voice.

Felix was shaking his knee, he gritted his teeth in anger and clenched his fists trying to control his anger. This wasn't going to end well and everyone was aware of it.

"Felix your grounded, until I see fit." Declan told Felix sternly.

Felix stormed out of the room.

"Excuse me." Declan grits out before following after him.

Here we go again Ezra and Noah say in their heads, before going their own way.

Ezra and Noah were yelling at the TV while playing the Ps5. Declan was sitting on the kitchen counter shouting annoyed to whomever was on the phone. Felix just came out of the gym, now making himself some protein shake. Humming rock music.

A regular night in the Russo household.

The main door creaked open. Everyone went silent when they saw who entered. Aaron entered the house with Kiara in his hands. Sleeping innocently with her head in the crook of Aaron's neck.

They all crowded Aaron, each one of them eager to see their sorellina. Felix stayed some distance back, hesitant. His features softened when seeing Kiara.
