You opened your eyes to find a familiar fireplace. It was spinning. Even so, you sat up, or tried to, only to feel something on your chest…
No… someone?

You shook their shoulder lightly, still sore from the damn hurricane. How are you even alive?
The person groaned in response to this. You didn't wanna look down just yet.
"Hey, you okay?" How long has it been? What was the time? Was it morning now?
"'okay' as i can be..." You don't need to look down to know that's Sans. Can't mistake that inflection he has. And the familiar wetness. "so, is this where you, uh, teleported?"
"Yup."
"ah."
.
..
…"Hate to bother you but, could you move? You're kinda… yeah."
"oh… oh!" He moved off of your probably heavily bruised body. Man, you were both outta it, weren't you? "whoops, heh."
"It's okay," You moved out of the fireplace, following him. "Not like you did it on purpose."
"does this place have a shower or do i have to use a hose?"
"Yeah, you wanna get clean?"
"yup."
"Don't blame you one bit. I'll probably do the same later. The bathroom is- never mind, I'll just show you. Follow me."
The house was cozy, not too small yet not horrendously large. It only had one main floor, not counting the basement or attic. The walls were decorated with old photos and paintings, a potted plant here or there lay in corners, soft rugs were placed on the floor, and books were scattered around the property. They were old fables, archeological finds and techniques, and many survival-style books. It was difficult to differentiate the fiction from the nonfiction with those, but, nevertheless, both had arrived at the bathroom.
"welp," He started, "you know where i'm gonna be."
"There's some extra clothes in the closet, by the way."
"good to know." Him closing the door made you realize, now you were left with time to think… once you get off some of the muck… you need to clean her-
Clean your house after this. Thankfully, it was also away from much of civilization. The closest town was, like, an hour away. Out in the back, a hose was installed so that would be your first method of cleanliness without the shower. Glancing at the time, you realized it had been a full day. It's morning now. Four AM.
Four.

"Come back here!"
"Nah!"
"Granny! They're bullying me!
"So is Fawn!"

The water was cold but at least the surface mud was gone. That uncovered some gashes though. You hoped she didn't come to visit. Now, at least. You wouldn't be able to explain.
The berries were still in your pockets, crushed, but still there… man, do you need to do laundry soon…
For now, you have to get the gross, slimy remains out of your poor pants…
