Judai gives excellent hugs, but after season 4 he is reluctant to engage in physical touch.
He always has a snack in his backpack, both human and cat.
As he got more serious and grew closer to Yubel, Winged Kuriboh bonded more with him as well and Judai can now help another duelist see Winged Kuriboh.
He is relatively skinny from running all over the world, but he doesn't have defined abs because that's unhealthy and he takes care of himself
However, he does neglect his own health when it comes to Pharaoh and any of his friends really
He will work himself to sickness if Sho or Kenzan gets sick making sure they have anything they need
He is naturally good with animals from his connection to spirits as we saw with Karen, but it extends all over
He can even pick up cats (wow)
Besides the Slifer look he owns maybe two other outfits?
He wears his old grey jacket a lot
He wears a black t shirt all the time
The boy does not know fashion stg
He never brushes his hair and it still looks good which Fubuki and Jun find infuriating
He is not afraid to resort to violence at any given moment
Like mess with one of his friends? He will punch your lights out before you can blink
He has learned what fiance means and apologized profusely to Asuka
(He still calls all of his friends his fiances just for shits and giggles)

He has Spiderman-level reflexes, probably due to a sensory processing issue

BUT HE NEVER GETS SICK
When he does get sick it's because he overworked himself on dueling
