If there's one thing Ha Danbi hated about libraries was the silence. It killed her. How was someone supposed to study in utter silence?

Okay maybe that is how you're supposed to study, but not for Danbi. She hated the fact that she had to sit down in a silent room and try to get information to stay inside her head when she very well knew she won't remember anything in the morning.

How was she placed third in high school again?

Either way she sat with her laptop open, ready to type in her ideas in a very long essay and submit it to her professor but here's the thing, she didn't have any idea what to write.

It was a very simple topic, how media influences fashion. But the problem? Danbi never knows how to put her thoughts in words. She dragged herself through literature in high school through online websites but it was high time she knew how to write essays on her own.

"Couldn't the professor just let us draw media influenced outfits?" She angrily mumbled for the fourth time in the past hour.

Ha Danbi. The extroverted, extremely pretty and weirdly sarcastic fashion design major, Ha Danbi. It had been only a few months since the start of her first year of college yet she was already piled with work, rough isn't it?

At first she was excited. She finally passed the hell hole of her high school and her entire friend group managed to get into one college, she got to room with her best friend at the dorms. What more could a girl ask for?

That was until college started and Danbi suddenly developed chronic back pain from hunching over her desk too much. Design student struggles. She was happy she was close with her friends but she hated the fact that every time they met she was either suffering from muscle pain or exhaustion.

Maybe the problem was the fact that Danbi wanted everything to be perfect in her assignments, so she worked her ass of and now all the teachers love her. Downside, she hardly had time for herself the past few months.

Now after much convincing from her friends and her own mind, Danbi guessed it's time she lays a little easy on herself. She can't waste her college life submitting extremely perfect to the dot assignments and ignoring everything a normal college student would do.

She isn't going to let her youth go to waste like this.

Her phone buzzed with a call as she tore her eyes away from the empty word document to her phone. She sighed as she pressed the phone to her ear.

"Danbi!" Junkyu yelled as she cringed, pulling her phone away. Her menace of a best friend just couldn't keep his volume low could he?

"Yujin found some people from our highschool and they're having drinks at the fried chicken restaurant outside the campus, do you think you can make it?" He asked as Danbi sighed, glancing at her open laptop.

"I'm making my way there, if you want we can go together. I'm at campus right now, Yujin, Hyewon and Asahi are already there." He suggested as Danbi shut her computer.

"Sure, I'm at the library. I'll meet you outside"  She said before she hung up, shoving her laptop in her bag.

Here's to having good college memories.
