" Rick, whatever is bothering you or has you this upset don't turn away from me. I want to know what it is so I can help you if I can." Lesley reached to turn Rick around to face her.
" I got a frantic call from Alice at the house.... Genesis and Jesslyn, they're okay..." Rick paused
" Okay the girls are okay, what about Riley? The baby is okay isn't he?" Lesley said, trying not to freak out.
Rick sat beside Lesley while trying to figure out the best way to tell her about the kidnapping. " Lesley someone has taken the baby... From what Alice said when I got to the house to meet Bert, whoever it was broke in through the nursery's window and took him out the same way."
"Are you telling me somebody has our son and nobody has seen them.... Rick! We can't lose him.... I can't lose another child not again" Lesley started freaking out
" Lesley I need you to pull yourself together right now we will get our son back I promise you that... we will not lose him like we lost Laura.... What I need to do now is take you home so you could be with the girls while I handle the police and Ramsey" Rick pleaded but said firmly
" Rick, this is our son we're talking about here... I can't just sit and do nothing." Lesley got out
" Lesley I promise you I will get our son back. I will not stop until I bring him back to you..."
Rick took Lesley home so she could be with the twins while he went to pentonville to settle something once and for all to get his son back granted he knew right then and there it wasn't gonna be straightforward as it was Smith that he had to deal with.
" Hello Smith, remember me!" Rick snarled
" So the rumors are true about you.... You are alive... Tell me how's it feel to not have your child with you..." Smith said with a hidden grin.
" Where is my son, what have you done with him!." Rick called out
" I had nothing to do with that Webber, I've got an alibi."
" Funny how you mention that seeing is how you are equipped to hire a helping hand to do your dirty work for you... You hired somebody the night my daughter was killed and my wife was nearly crushed. Lucky for you she was only temporarily paralyzed from the waist down; now my son who is a newborn baby he's not even 5 months old, now you hired somebody to kidnap him... I want my son and I want him back now Smith or so help me I will make sure you lose everything you ever had of Jennifer." Rick bit out
" You have no power over me nor anything else Webber... But trust me even if I had your son you would never see him again." Frank snickered and left the visitation room
" I absolutely have the means on the waterfront and if you don't surrender my son so help me God you will pay for it." Rick declared.
After Rick had dropped Lesley off at the house, she went to be in the baby's room instead of just going to take an easy. Normally around the time she would get home from work, she would be getting ready to feed the baby and just relax until Rick was to join them but with Riley missing, Lesley's fear of losing another child again threatened to badger her mind over and over until she slightly got herself worked up and started to feel like she had extreme pressure on her chest where she passed out and had hit her head along the side of the baby's rocking chair just 5 minutes before Rick had gotten to the house.
" Yes I want captain Ramsey immediately over here to my home please.... Thank you Lesley and I will be waiting." Rick said over the phone and got off..
" Alice is Lesley asleep?" Rick asked
" Dr. Webber went up to the baby's room... I tried to tell her to get some rest but she didn't want to do that...." Alice replied
