Xingqiu POV:

Chongyun was finally home! I had missed him so much and being able to cuddle with him again was the best thing ever!!

Even if I had to be extra gentle when I kissed him or hugged him I was still eternally grateful that he had survived!

Since he had been gone the only thing I had to cuddle with was my cat, he had been living here too and shenhe seemed to like him alot.

I lay in bed with Chongyun in my arms, I had missed this so much, only being able to hold his hand for the past few weeks had been hell, but now I could hold him as much as I wanted again!

I held the back of his head gently to make sure he couldn't hit his head on anything whilst he slept,

He fell asleep really easily tonight which I hadn't seen before, it was probably because he was exhausted from everything that had happened and being back in his own bed was probably a huge relief.

Sometimes I missed my bed and my windowseat but I'd much rather be here then there.

Alaska was sitting at the end of the bed, staring at Chongyun, whatever was going on between them confused me but I brushed it off and decided to go to sleep,

I felt Yun Yun's hands wrap around my waist and he opened his eyes a little and looked at me,

He seemed to tear up a little which worried me alot,

"Are you ok?" I whispered, trying to hide my worried expression,

"Yeah.. I just.. I missed this so much.. i love you." he replied sleepily,

I smiled and blushed a little, it seems I was no longer used to this after all the time we had been apart and just hearing his beautiful voice say those words made my heart flutter,

"I love you too.." I responded, kissing him gently on the lips,

"Now go back to sleep my love, you need it." I whispered,

He nodded and buried his face in my chest before falling back to sleep,

I closed my eyes, my heart filled with happiness, and I went to sleep.

The next morning it was a Wednesday, Chongyun couldn't go to school yet and I was staying off with him so we had another day to ourselves,

I made Chongyun some cereal and he ate it happily,

I needed to replace his bandages so I went to the cupboard and got the bandages out,

"I hate it how you have to do this for me.." he pouted, laying his head on the table,

"It's fine, and be careful, lay your head on something soft, not wood!" I huffed, putting my hands on my hips.

"Ok dad." He said sarcastically, laughing to himself as he sat up,

"Hahaha you're so funny." I spoke plainly, rolling my eyes,

"Now come here." I finished, gently moving his head so I could see what I was doing,

I took the old bandages off and put them on the table, examining the wounds to make sure they looked ok,

"Your head is looking better." I smiled as I wrapped the new bandages around,

Then I looked at his face, he was.. blushing?

"What are you blushing for yun yun?" I asked, genuinely confused,

"Nothing, you're just beautiful." He said, smiling at me,

Now I was the one blushing,

I sat down on the chair next to him as he laughed to himself,

"Look who's blushing now." He smirked,

"Shush." I responded, burying my head in my hands,

"Can we go back to bed now? I'm tired." He asked,

I nodded and got up, he followed, we went back to his bedroom and I flopped on the bed followed by Chongyun gently sitting on the bed.

He crawled over to me and cupped my face in his hands, making me blush even more,

"Can I kiss you?" He asked,

"Of course you can!" I smiled, he closed the space between us and I turned over so that we were side by side and I could make sure he didn't get too aggressive and hurt his head,

When we pulled away he moved his hand to my neck and traced the area where the now extremely faint red mark was and looked me in the eyes,

"You know I'm still sorry about that.." he whispered,

"It's fine my love, don't worry, if anything I quite liked it." I reassured him, smiling,

"Want me to do it again?" He questioned, he seemed serious and at that moment I turned into a human tomato,

"Wha- I mean- you- well-"

"It's ok, you don't have to say yes." He interrupted, stopping my flustered stuttering,

"No, wait. You.. Well I think you should do it again.. so..." I whispered, already cringing at myself,

"Ok!" He beamed, moving his lips to my neck,

As he was doing that I was burying my face in my hands trying to stay calm and not litterally explode,

When he pulled away he looked at his work seeming proud of himself,

Then he looked at me and his expression shifted to worry,

"Are you ok-?" He asked, covering the mark with his hand,

"Yeah, sorry im just a little flustered that's all.." I laughed, moving his hand and holding it,

"Ok good."

We kissed again a couple of times and eventually he fell asleep again,

I got a little worried because when I tried to shake him to wake him up he didn't respond but then Alaska showed up and lay on his stomach, which did wake him up,

"Why is that cat laying on me." He asked sleepily,

"He just wanted to cuddle you!" I smiled, taking in all the cuteness of my cat and my boyfriend at the same time,

"But I want to cuddle you, not your cat!" He huffed,

I rolled my eyes a little and laughed,
Picking alaska up and off of Chongyun,

"He's just being grumpy, don't worry baby!" I cooed, kissing alaskas nose, then I looked at Chongyun,

He was so cute when he was jelous.

That was only aimed at the few ppl who may get pissed about this chapter but I hope the rest of you lovely people enjoyed this chapter :)))

Also everyone voted happy ending so that's what you'll be getting :D

There will probably not be many more chapters as I think we are nearing the end but I may also come up with another way to extend it (it was supposed to end after they started dating 💀)
