Poems of lifetime

For you....

I knew from the start, things will not work
I knew from the start, heart breaks lurk
I knew from the start, things wont work out
I knew from the start, my sadness will shout

But I still continued, falling and chasing
Every step I do, something is decaying
Every word I say, devastation starts creating
And every time I express, people will start hating

Those eyes, that I longed to look at me
Will now be looking, to other dedicatee
The hand I once held, will be now holding your future
And the arms I once hugged, will hug a person of new departure

The woman I once walked with, will now walk with another
The one I danced with will be soon be in floor of a better
The one who uttered those lovely words, will now say it to her lover
And I will watch from afar, minute by minute...losing my fire...

I shall find my happiness too, though it is still you
I will take all my chances, If I desperately need to
From making moves to jumping to timelines
Even In another universe I still love you, a million times

At this poem, I'm not asking you to go back
I'm asking you to be happy, find what I lack
Stay with that person, always be intact
And this I end, my final act....
