𝕬yame walked with rough steps, drops of tears flowing down her pristine face devolved to a downcasted one.
She exited the mansion, gaining a worried look from some of the observing guests.
Never in a million years did Ayame thought she would act so brashly, but Sebastian defied all expectations.
She gripped the wish bracelet on her wrist, and ripped it out.
"Screw this... this folly item." She muttered and threw the bracelet to her side.
Blue flames erupted in front of her, and the flames disappeared after she walked through them.
Utter silence grew outside, in Sebastian's mind and the sideline watchers.
-epilogue-
Sebastian caressed the wish bracelet Ayame gave him. While walking, his mind drifted to last night.
Ayame's location was unknown to him, and he gravely regret not chasing after her that night. There was also that witch.
-"Just come to my dunge- my main research laboratory tomorrow morning. I'll wait for Ayame-chan to finish, then we'll go to the Underworld."
Sebastian returned his hand to the side and his eyes stared at the door stuck to a wall a distance from him.
-Oh.... damn. That's tough. Or as Bonii would say; you really fumbled the bag, bozo... or something like that.
-"Shut up..."
-"By the way, if you didn't know, Ayame-chan can get really stubborn when she gets upset. I don't think she'll talk or even want to see you for the next week or so. And that's a lot of time for you, who's evidently special to her."
-"Not helping."
-"What does help however, is to just—"
Sebastian stood directly in front of the door. On it, a sign was nailed into it. It had a childish font, and an even more childish drawing of a demon face in the corner.
"Second time I'm going in here... hopefully there's no snake monster or dragon in there."
-precious-
Ayame moved around her online personality's mascot playfully, and attacked an army of small toy monsters.
It was a useless attempt at cheering up. Her saddened expression couldn't be hidden very well, and that was a great feat in itself.
[Screw this. I'll just sleep.]
She dropped the plushie and leaned back onto her bed. With her arms extended outwards, she glared into the ceiling with tired eyes.
Her favorite blue pajamas kept her cool, but the feeling felt dull after the happenings of the previous night.
She closed her eyes, but they suddenly trembled. Her lips arched downwards, along with a rising desire.
"I... need to go." She said quietly to herself.
Not true to her words, she laid down on the bed for a few more seconds, practically procrastinating.
Her head lifted up slightly, and she dropped it back on the soft mattress of the bed.
It was not a sign of giving up, but a move of commencement. Wind pushed her up and off the bed.
Ayame perfectly fell on her feet and she zoomed out of the house at lightning speed, literally.
After opening the door, she collided with Sebastian and they both rolled backwards.
Although, she did slow down after seeing Sebastian, there was not enough room nor did Ayame possess the right state of mind to sense Sebastian beforehand.
