After Johnny came out of the closet, the gang became very protective of him. Especially Dally. One time, when Dally and Johnny were walking in the park, a few socs come up to them and flick out their blades. One snarled, 'kill yourself, faggot. Or maybe well do it for you.' Dally confronted them and instructed Johnny to leave. Needless to say, those socs bathed in their own blood that day.
