SAM

Mr. Marcus was speaking something about the summer holiday homework, which no one was particularly paying attention to.
I could feel Ronan staring me from across my table. He has been acting pretty weird lately. Yesterday he barged into my house through the balcony and left anonymously.
I faced him and gave him 'what the hell do you want' look. He shrugged and began scribbling something on a piece of paper. I furrowed my eyebrows wondering what he was upto, that's when he passed me a note.

Beth, who was sitting beside me gave me smug stare with a smirk.
"Its not what you think it is" I told her.
"Open it" she said.
I really didn't want Beth to see what was in that note, but I had no other option so I unfolded it
MEET ME AFTER SCHOOL AT THE PARK
~R
Was written on the note. Beth's excitement seemed to expand.
"You've got to tell me what is going on between you two" she said with an eager voice
"Nothing" I said blankly showing no expression at all.
Her smile faded and that's when the bell rang.
I wanted to avoid that weird conversation so, I immediately got up and left the class.

I went to the park and found Ronan there. He seemed tensed and was pacing around.
He saw me walking in as he grabbed my hands making me sit on a bench. I was confused.

"Listen, whatever I will tell you now is going to be hard to believe but, you need to trust me" he said looking straight into my eyes with a very serious voice.
"What?" I asked knitting my eyebrows together.
Well, that was not at all expected.
He told me a very long story of I dont know some stupid things called Bifurs.
It seemed like a pretty cool story for a fiction book but why the hell was my father involved in this stupid joke of his !!!....this  triggered me.

"Ronan, I don't know what's up with you but, you seriously need to stop this drama right now!" I told him in an annoyed tone getting up from the bench.
"Oh! I knew you wouldn't believe me" he said sounding even more serious
"Why the hell will I believe your fiction-"
He cut me out by drawing a small golden dagger with his bare hands mid-air.
I was stunned. Yet not ready to believe a single word that left his mouth.
I can't be some half blood weirdo. My father was no hero. Only
If he was, I would've known it.
"Nice trick" I said crossing my arms denying the fact that he just made a knife out of nothingness.
"God!!! You are so stubborn" he said grabbing my wrist while taking me with him.
I let loose my hand from his grip and asked, "where the hell are you taking me?"
"Well, I will show you our world to prove my point. You are a half blood so I am assuming that you'll be able to cross the wall." He said

"And how do I believe that you are not a goddamn killer who knows knife magic?" I asked

"You'll have to trust me with that.....and also only if I wanted to kill you, I would've done it already." He said with a small smile.
I was still not very comfortable with the idea.
"Come on!! it's related to your father." He said
This was the only line that made me go with him.
I quickly opened my phone and Texted my aunt that,
'I am hanging out with Ronan as the holidays are starting tomorrow will be back a little late'.

I showed him the text and said "If anything happens to me you'll be the only suspect."
"I won't let anything happen to you half blood princess" he said with a smirk.

He totally was getting on my nerve. I sat in his car and he drove. He started taking a route though the dense jungle on the boundaries of Pixie. 'Was he really going to kill me?'
Soon enough, we reached A dead end !! 'Okay yes!!this is how I die'

I was scared but I tried my best not to show it, when he took my hand and started moving towards the dead end. Now was not the right time to protest.

He stood just in front of the end and extended his hand. It passed right through the rocky hill like it was water. It seemed magical. 'Was he saying the truth all along?'

He asked me to do the same
I raised my slightly trembling hand and touched the rock. It seemed hard but not as hard as  rocks are supposed to be. Unlike him, my hand didn't pass through easily, but that rock felt weird, like a semi liquid mesh. I applied a little pressure and pushed my hand in...there it went, passed right through the wall.

"You're half blood that's why you can't get in as easily as we can, you will have to push yourself in" he said.
That didn't sound very nice, but I had to do it.
He casually walked inside the rock like it was not even there. Then, I felt someone hold my half stuck hand from the other side. Of course it was Ronan. He started pulling me in and I also started applying pressure trying to cross the mesh of stone wall or whatever that was.
After around a minute of struggle and pulling, I stumbled and fell in,
I raised my head to see where i was.....and it was a completely different world!!!
It was a place full of greenery. There were no buildings but small huts filled with so many creatures....what did he call them?...oh yeah, Vergains.
He offered me a hand to pick me and I grabbed it when my eyes drifted to his.
I was shocked to see him. His eyes were different than always. They were now a very light shade of blue (definitely inhuman) and I could see his canine teeth turning sharp like that of some carnivore animal. That's when I noticed almost everyone there, was like him.

Everyone had eyes of a very light shade of some particular colour.
My hands quickly moved to my mouth to check if I also grew some sharp canines.
"No, you are not completely one of us yet, so you dont have sharp canines or light colored eyes" he said with a smile

I was speechless at what I was seeing. He was not lying, there actually was a world beyond our boundaries, my father was probably a hero and maybe there is going to be a war because of those other guys, Zealus due their plan of breaking that instrument of forgetting things, whatever it's name was.
Maybe he was right, I was one of them and I also might have some powers inside me like he did.

My life was turning around. I was not able to grasp so much information all at once. My mouth was wide open as my eyes kept drifting from centaurs to wizards to other vampires.

When, a guy about my age (which means he was probably 90-96 years old) approached me. He had the lightest green eyes but normal humanly canines. He had a wand so, he most definitely was a wizard.

"So, you are Matthew Anderson's daughter?" He asked me with a keen voice.....
