Tonis POV

This whole custody thing with Kevin has been stressing me out a lot; how could it not? But at least I have Fnags by my side, I never thought I could really love again after Cheryl, and even sometimes my mind wanders back to her, but fate brought me and fangs together. I had a vision for where I thought we would be, Fangs and Kevin happily married, where Cheryl and I are engaged and sitting in the back of our backyard having a barbecue for Anothonys first birthday, As Fangs and Kevin cooked the burgers. At the same time, I played with my son, and Cheryl was suntanning, and we were one big happy gay family. But I know that's not what's going to happen now. It's Fangs and me and Kevin trying to steal our son, and Cheryl, well, Cheryl is entirely out of the picture. Well, I thought she was till she brought me roses and suddenly just completely started flirting with me. I loved Cheryl more than anything, but we weren't healthy, we weren't meant to be, and I need to put my family first because it's better for me and more convent.

"Any plans on how to strategize for Kevin's takedown?" I asked Fangs

"Well, there is one idea I have, you aren't going to like it, and I don't either...."

"No, I know where this is going, and Im not going to go back and talk to her as a favour again; that's all I ever do. For the last seven years, we have talked maybe five times, and all of those times were me coming to her as a favour. And what good would she even do?"

"She's friends with Govner Dolley, and I thought maybe you could talk to her to see if she can talk to Kevin or even the Governor. Please, I don't want our family to be broken up because of him. DO this for him, for us," Fangs grabbed my hand and held it to his chest with a bleeding look in his eyes. I hated using her like this because she was still a good girlfriend and a good person whether or not we hated each other. I nodded begrudgingly and smiled.

As the next day rolls around, I drive over to her house; the hairs on my arms stick up as I step foot on the property. I walked through the unlocked gate to see an unfamiliar car; the living room light was on throughout the window. I went to knock at it.

Cheryls POV

After much debating, I decided it was time to reach out to my former lover. Heather Greens. Every day until I met Toni, I thought of her, and every day after Toni, I'd think of them both. I called her up on Friday and asked her to drive down, and well, she did. She's staying at my house for a week or so until she can find a house to rent out. Here I am now, watching the young girl grow into a beautiful young woman. Her brown curly hair falls effortlessly perfect on her shoulders, and her laugh is the same along with her beautiful smile. She memorized me, and I was star-struck.

"So Cher, what is up with you?" Heather asks as she leaves forward on the chair across from me, she smiles which exposes her front teeth, with one ever so slightly crooked

"A lot..." and so I explained everything that as happened ever since she left, Jason, The black hood, how crazy my mother is, The Sisters of quiet mercy, Toni, The gargoyle king, The farm, The haunting of Thistle house, My break up with Toni, my grandma manipulating me and letting a dead evil spirit possess me, all the horrible things Toni said to me, all of the things everyone has said about me and how I am used. Of course, she was perfect and understanding. She talked me through everything and gave advice, "Thank you for listening, Heather; I missed you. What's going on with you?"

"Well, first off, I am a lawyer now who has missed you very deeply. My life has not been that interesting other than your mom and dad threatening my family," she laughed as we talked for hours, just catching up. We were interrupted by a knock at the door as my head shot up, confused at who would be knocking at eleven pm.
