AN: You guys asked. So you shall receive!

The next day couldn't come faster, Toni thought; after the hospital, she went to the house she was supposed to call home but couldn't find herself to do that.

"How is Cheryl?" Fangs call from the kitchen as Toni walks in; Toni places her motorcycle keys on the small table by the front door and kicks off her shoes.

"She is good, and I will drive her home tomorrow. Heather left, and Nana Rose can't drive, and she is in no condition to drive," Toni says as she sits on the couch. Fangs quickly join her and put on the TV. He wraps his arms around her and hums.

"I am so glad we are here, Toni," He smiles, kissing Toni's temple, "I am glad we are alive, and I get to live the rest of my life with you."

Toni turned and kissed her husband, trying to get the redhead out of her mind, but after today and the night they had shared- which she wasn't supposed to remember- she couldn't get that image of her ex-girlfriend out of her head.

"Hey, mom! Hey, Dad!" Anthony yells as he comes through the front door; seeing Anthony, all grown up makes Toni sad. She got to miss the best parts of being a mother, and now, less than ten years were separating the two in age.

"Hello, son," Fangs smiles, scootching over on the couch for Anthony to sit next to the couple, "Look at us, one big happy family."

Toni nods the best she can awkwardly and tries to focus on the movie, even though she can't. Toni wakes up to a buzz on her phone, and she looks around, confused about why she was on the couch and who could be calling this early; then she remembers- she quickly looks at the name, and she doesn't spare a second to answer it, "Cheryl, is everything okay?"

"Yes, everything is fine. The nurses are saying I can be discharged within the hour."

"Okay, that's great news! I will be there within forty minutes."

"Thank you, TT," Cheryl says graciously; the way she says 'TT' still makes Toni's heart skip a beat. Toni quickly throws on any clothes that make a sensible outfit, along with some light makeup; she grabs the keys from her sleeping husband's nightstand and drives off in their car.

She stops at Pop and grabs the usual order Cheryl would have whenever she was hungover in high school, and she was more than willing to bet that there would be a killer headache involved after saving the world.

As Toni walks through the hospital doors, she is happy to see Cheryl sitting in the lobby with the clothes she had on yesterday.

"Hey, how are you feeling?" Toni asks, greeting the redhead with a hug, which Cheryl quickly melts into.

"I have the most painful hangover," Cheryl groans, "Thank you for picking me up, but can we go back to Thornhill?"

"Yes, of course," Toni smiles, helping Cheryl to the car, "Did they give you any medication?"

Cheryl holds up a bottle of bills and gives an unethaustic smile while shaking the pills; she climbs into the car and sees the meal Toni had bought her

"Breakfast Sandwich with extra bacon and a strawberry milkshake," Toni smirks, "If memory serves me correctly." She lets out a wink, which causes Cheryl to blush a little, which, of course, Toni did not miss.

"You are a lifesaver, TT," Cheryl says as she bites into her breakfast sandwich, letting out a little moan that flushes Toni. They drive to Thornhill in absolute silence; as they pull up into the driveway, the air thickens, either wanting to leave each other's company, "Could I invite you inside? Nana Rose would love to see you; she always did like you more than me," Cheryl half smiles. A wave of relief washes over Toni, and she agrees right away.
