Billie's POV

It was late and I smoked a small joint in my office after I put Elliot to sleep, I don't usually smoke in my house while my kid is here because of reasons but It was raining and I just wanted a quick smoke to get my mind off of some shit.

"Mommy?"

"Oh shit Elliot" I jumped out of my chair and put out my blunt since I didn't see her standing there

"You smoking again" she said to me

(I'm trying to make this sound like a child as much as possible💀)

"I'm just stressed out about some things baby but I promise I'm okay, what are you doing awake?"

"I scared"

"Of the thunder?"

She nodded

"Okay you can sleep with me" I sighed

"Can we watch moana?"

"Sure my love" I picked her up and took her to my room. We both cuddled on my bed as moana played on the screen, I stroked her hair and saw that her eyes were getting heavy until she fell asleep and I did the same.

The next night

"Hey uncle Finneas is going to pick you up and I'll pick you back up in the morning" I told Elliot while fixing my tie in the mirror, Ellie, Max, Audrey and I are going on a double date tonight

"Aweee"

"I know my love but I'll take you somewhere fun how about that?"

"Can Audrey come?"

"Of course my love we'll all have some fun" I kissed her head "how do I look?"

"Wait" she stood up on my bed and "you should put it up"

"My hair?"

"Mhm" she nodded

"Bun or ponytail?"

"Bun"

"Okay just because you said it" 

I went into my bathroom and grabbed my brush slicking my hair Into a high bun leaving a couple of strings out in the front.

"Better?" I asked her while walking out

"Yep" 

"Thanks my love" I kissed her head then I heard the doorbell ring "That must be him" I picked her up and took her downstairs

"Prepare for my super annoying sister" I say to Audrey as we pull up to max and my sister's house

"You're so rude" she hit my arm

"Yeah yeah let's go" I took off my seatbelt and we both got out of the car. Max and my sister came outside and my sister was wearing a pretty short dress and black and clear heels. She gasped when she spotted us and ran down her driveway with her small heels which I'm suprised she didn't trip over on and hugged Audrey.

"Hiii" Ellie squealed before pulling away from the hug "wow you're so beautiful hi I'm Ellie and that's my girlfriend Maxine Max for short you must be Audrey"

"Yeah that's me dude I wish I would've wore a better dress tonight you look stunning"

"Nah you're fine she just over exaggerates things" I said and Ellie rolled her eyes

"Shut up bitch" Ellie hit my arm

"Alright let's get in the car before you kill each other nice to meet you by the way" Max said
