Billie

"Fuck," I whispered going through my secret stash , I got into another argument with Lucille and I just needed a little something to loosen up from it.

When I get angry I do bad things, for my daughters stake I'd rather stay numb.

Plus I had that urge, I was craving it, I needed it bad.

I grabbed a little bag full of cocaine out of the drawer and poured it out on a little board I usually use to roll my weed. I cut up a small line and used a small stick to sniff it up one of my nostrils.

I threw my head back due to the burning sensation I felt in my nose and let out a loud groan

"Shit"

I heard my door open so I looked over too my right and saw my 2 year old daughter standing in the door entrance holding onto her favorite stuffed animal.

"Mommy?"

"Hey princess," I smiled and put my stuff to the side.

I got up from the bed and made sure there was nothing on my nose in the mirror, before going over to her.

I swooped her into my arms and took her out of the room closing the door behind me.

"What's up baby what's wrong?"

"Mama's crying," she said.

"You don't have to worry about that okay? Mama's gonna be fine"

"Promise?"

"I promise my love"

I kissed her head and sat her down on her bed in her room.

"Wait here baby"

"Noooo," She raised her arms trying to get me to pick her up.

"Not now Elliot"

"Mommy," she whined

"I'll be back"

I walked out of her room and walked into the living room where Lucille was crying on the couch, she had her face buried into her hand and her knees to her chest.

I honestly don't know when she'll get a fucking grip.

"Hey," I said.

"What do you want?"

"You to stop crying? You're upsetting Elliot"

"You're so selfish Billie, why can't you just own up to what you did?"

"What did I do? You accused me of cheating on you which is 100% not true"

"You're such a liar," she stood up and pushed me.

"You really want to play that game with me?"

"Tell me the truth"

"I am telling you the fucking truth"

"Okay so why don't you tell me you love me anymore?"

"Oh my god"

"Tell me that Billie"

"You're fucking psycho"
