"I told you I didn't want to do it right now"

"It's kind of your job to do so"

"Your schedule is already really full so you won't have time finish this song, your brother is already waiting on you"

"Mommyyy," our 2 year old came into our bedroom and tried to attatch herself onto Billie's leg so Billie can pick her up.

"Not now kid," Billie lightly kicked her away while pouring a little bit of cocaine onto the back her hand.

"Up up," Elliot started to fuss trying to catch her mother's attention.

"I said not now," She held one nostril and stiffed it up with the other.

"Seriously you're going to do that right in front of her?" I picked Elliot up and rested her on my hip.

"She doesn't even know what it is"

"Still it's not healthy seeing her mother get fucked up"

"Well that's too bad I am fucked up," she scoffed and put her baggy full of the white powder back into the top drawer.

"C'mon baby," I took Elliot out of the room, set her up with some TV and a snack because I needed to have a serious talk with her mother.

I slapped her and she pushed me away from her.

"You fucking bitch," she chuckled wiping the blood from her now busted lip.

She shook her head and went into the bathroom.

"No Billie you better not"

I tried to open the door but she locked it, I banged on the door sobbing nothing but tears trying to get a response out of her at least.
