A/N The last three chapters are set two years later. It's the beginning of the end.
Sam sat at the old diner table, his hand in Jessica's. The two sixteen year olds had changed over the past two years.
Sam towered over everyone, his hair long and shaggy. Jessica still had a playful charm, but even her childlike demeanor had changed with age, showing her in a more mature light.
Bethany and Charlie were nuts for each other. They had moved in together a year ago and were happy as could be. Charlie was still the same geek I had always known, just more crazy in love now.
Castiel and I slid into the booth and ordered something to eat. I reached out and held his hand. I could tell he was nervous.
"So, why'd you want to meet us here?" Sam asked getting straight to the point. I smiled as I thought back to the night that caused this meeting.
Cas and I were walking through the park, the flowers blossoming all around us. We cuddled up on a bench and watched the beautiful sunset.
We could have sat there forever together, sinking into oblivion. I turned on my phone and began to play the song we had decided was "our song."
"Well, as you know, Cas and I have been dating for a while now." I began breaking the ice.
Elvis's Love Me Tender began to play and he laughed. We had decided on it, because it was fun and playful and who doesn't love Elvis? (A/N is this song ok?)
"You guys have been there for us through everything, the good bad and ugly. So, we thought you should be the first to know." Castiel explained. I could see the excited look on everyone's face, I knew they already knew what we were trying to get out.
I got down on one knee as he sat there on the park bench. "Castiel James Novak, I have known you for only a few years, but it feels as I though I've known you for eternity. I can't imagine another day without you. Will you allow me the incredible honor of marrying you?"
A happy tear feel from his face and the nervous pang in my stomach intensified. My hands shook as I held out the single silver band.
He stood up. "Of course Dean!" He embraced me, pure delight on his face. I have never felt happier.
"Wait," he said. "Does this make me the chick in the relationship?" I laughed at his stupid comment. I wanted to be able to laugh at every stupid comment, dry every one of his tears, be with him forever.
They all stood up and began to hug us. "Congratulations man!" Sam declared as he hugged me.
I honestly couldn't believe that this was happening. I was with the man I loved, and nothing else matters anymore.
A/N Yay! Wedding time! You're all invited. Lol. Are you ready? Only two more chapters left. Are you all going to stick with me on the next book I write? I loves you all, and I'd love your support with my next story.
