It was a bright chilly morning of spring. A car speeding in the empty road full of trees. Surprisingly the destination where the car was headed was far away from the City. It was a town full of silence but not eerie silence, the normal silence of a less populated town and busy citizens of it.
In the car was a beautiful 40 year old woman with her 16 year old daughter." Amaira don't be so nervous, I am sure you will be great" said the woman with smile. "But mom it's my first time going to hostel I will be away from you for 5 years It will be a big deal for me besides you have never sent me to school, I was homeschooled for ten years and now suddenly to hostel how can you possibly expect me to remain calm!". said Amaira.
Amaira was a beautiful girl with black wavy hair and its length up to her shoulder. She had brown eyes and was a simple nervous teen girl. She was a type of ambivert and shy, who never had friends; her only best friend was her mother. But she was now going to lose her too as she is going to start her new life in hostel 5 years away from her family and everything. "Amaira you know your father and I have very important things to sort in our jobs this is very crucial time of our lives and I am afraid it cannot be sorted in months it will take years and this is for your own safety and benefit please cooperate with us and be strong I am sure you will soon get comfortable there." Amaira's mother said, before Amaira could protest her mother interrepted.
"Ah! Here we are your new college and home come on get out let me take your bags out of the car". Amaira stepped out of the car and now she was facing a giant statue of a man with glasses and coat with book in hand and another pointing towards the sky and below the statues legs it was written 'Dr John Stephen Hartford' founder of 'ST HARDFORD'S' and looked out at the entrance in bold blue letters 'ST HARDFORD ACADEMY' was written.
The college was an ancient building, a huge building with seven floors and three different buildings combined together almost like a castle with blue and cream color paint. "Ok Amaira your bags are all out, take your bags and go inside and don't be afraid be brave I know you are strong and will not cause any problems to us." Amaira's mom said. "Mom I will miss you" Amaira said with teary eyes. "There there Amaira I know you are scared but don't be, always remember BEING STRONG always makes road for us to move forward, BEING AFRAID no matter what, you will always face dead end and will be forced to move back". Amaira's mom said.
She kissed Amaira's forehead and gave her a small gift box. "What's this?" Amaira asked. "Just a little gift from me but don't open it now, open it when you are in your room" Amaira's mom said. "ok" Amaira replied. "Now just close your eyes and count till five." her mom said. Amaira closed her eyes and counted till five when she opened her eyes, her mum had disappeared, No car, nothing just her bag, Hartford academy and Amaira's new life and her future which is about to begin.
