Anna was sweating like crazy, She looked towards the handsome G5 Member who was staring back at her intently. He suddenly smiled at her, which caused Anna's heartbeat to move faster as if it wasn't already beating fast. But she decided to ignore it and took a deep breath and composed herself. She then smiled back at him which caught him by surprise.
He also composed himself and continued " So the Fourth Question for you is, If in a team you saw that two of your team members have romantic tension like they have crush on each other or are dating but due to their frequent arguments, it is affecting your team's performance. How will you handle it?"
Anna intently listened to his question and went deep in thought. She was trying to comprehend the question and think of an answer. But him staring at her was not helping her at all. After giving much thought, she finally decided to answer. "So, this might be a fragile situation to handle. But I would instruct them to act and behave professionally and that we have to work as a team by setting our personal differences aside. Rather than prohibiting dating we can always instruct them how to behave which in a way would not affect their performance, behavior and perception about the team and our goals."
For sometime the handsome G5 member kept staring at her intently as if trying to study her or read her. Anna was getting nervous minute by minute. The G5 member then leaned back in his chair and smiled at her. "Ok, Good I accept your answer that can be an effective way for small teams but for big organizations there are certain rules and regulations where dating is fully prohibited. It is for the best for the organization's performance and well being. Your team is a small temporary team so I guess your rules may work too."
He then got up and offered her his hand for a handshake. Anna also immediately got up and took his hand for handshake. Butterflies erupted in her stomach when she shook his hands. "Hi, I am Advaith Chatterjee, the Second Vice President of the Academy." Anna nodded and smiled. " I am Anna Jones," she said. They both kept staring at each other, still handshaking and smiling at each other.
"If you guys are done then can I please proceed with the last question, or would you like us to give you some privacy." Breaking their stare they looked towards the other G5 member standing in the corner with crossed legs and hands folded near the chest, leaning towards the wall and smirking towards them.
Anna and Advaith immediately retreated and smiled sheepishly with Advaith rubbing his hands on his hair and Anna blushing furiously. "Looks like it's time for your last question and I assure you it won't be easy." The last G5 Member said with a smirk. "My name is Harsh Jain but people call me Harry. I am the Secretary Of Student Council." He then offered his hand for a handshake. She took it with nervousness prominent on her face.
What will be the last question? Will Anna be able to answer it on time and correctly? Or will her hard work go to waste..
