"Very well, since you have agreed to our terms let's get started shall we?" The G5 girl member asked. "Yes," Anna answered confidently. All the G5 members took the chairs near them and got seated near the computer table and provided one chair for Anna as well. "So, I will be the first one to ask the question." The first on the left side of the computer table said. "Let me introduce myself first. I am Kartik Ahuja, the First President of our Academy. And your First Question is based on you being the current leader of your team. So If I did not give you the object you need for your task; what will you do then? Will you Quit? Give me a detailed reasoning and solution for the situation." Kartik asked.
Anna listened to the question and went in thought deeply. But then she smiled knowing what exactly to answer." It won't be a problem, Even if I didn't earn the object, I know that with the remaining collected parts we can surely build something and I trust my team enough that they will be successful in completing their tasks. Whatever happens we will face the outcome together. And I will take full responsibility in case of any downfalls." She said with determination. Kartik nodded listening to her answer. He then turned to his other members to know their review.
Anna got a bit nervous. But soon after, all the members smiled and nodded at each other. "Very good, we accept your answer. Any leader should be able to work even if there are shortage in resources, As long as he/she has the full team's support. We ourselves sometimes are not able to get all the resources we need, yet we make sure that all the functionality of work and events are smooth even with limited resources." Kartik said with a smile.
Anna smiled and nodded feeling inspired. "Good that leaves you with 4 more questions." The girl beside Kartik, second from the left side of the table said. "I will be the second one to ask the question. I am Anita Sehegal, The Second President of the Academy. And your second question is, If one of your teammates got injured in the process of a task and breaks the object as well. Will you fix the object? Or will you take care of your injured teammate?" Anita questioned.
Anna once again went deep in thoughts. But after a minute of thinking she answered. "According to me, Taking care of my teammates will be my first priority. Yes we might get short on time but any teammate's health is always the main priority of any leader. I will make sure to take he/she to the hospital wing, while instructing my other teammates what to do in the situation. We will try our best to complete the task while asking extra time from the faculty for mishap occurred during the task." Anna answered.
Anita took in the answer that Anna gave and after a while of thinking she responded. "Ok, good I agree with your answer. If any other leader is in such a position they should also do the same. Prioritizing your teammate's health should be a top priority but the particular leader's decision making skill should also be on point and accurate. Such qualities showcase's how a person is a good leader."
The girl sitting on the computer table then continued with the quiz. "So, let me be the third one to question you, I will introduce myself first, I am Mia Mishra, The Vice President of our Academy. And your question is, If in the process of your tasks if any of your teammate's harasses another student/ team member of any other group or your group by using violence or bully's them or uses other unethical methods acquire the object like harassing another student. How will you handle it?"
Anna once again with her smartness and intellectual wit answered. " Well, I will make sure to warn and scold the teammate for his/her actions. Also I am pretty sure my teammates won't do such a thing because they know and maintain their morale standards and I have already instructed them with the rules and ethics to be followed during camp and other events related to camp and camping activities. Also talking about reporting my teammate it solely depends upon the victim who has been harassed. If he/she wish's to report the incident then I would fully support the victim and won't interrupt the process. As well as consolidate her that such a thing won't happen again from any of my teammates."
Mia nodded, with an impressed look on her face she said "Very well, I can see the proper procedure being followed in the answer for such an incident. Hence, I approve your answer." Mia then motioned the next G5 member to proceed.
Anna then looked towards the G5 member and suddenly went in her daze again. It was the turn of the handsome G5 member who opened the door for her and caused butterflies in Anna's stomach.
How will Anna handle the heat of Crush? Will she be able to answer confidently? Or will she melt away with her crush feelings?
