Prince Charming
Every girl dreams of the perfect guy
The one guy who will swoop in to save her
The one who will wipe away your tears of the past
The one who can erase all the pain
The one who can brighten your day by just one smile
The one guy who will make your heart race by just thinking of him
The one who will treat you like the princess you really are
The one who is polite and kind
The one guy with eyes that make you melt
The one guy who puts your feelings first
The one who will surpass all the rest.
A Prince Charming is hard to come by
That one guy made especially for you
Like that guy who accidently spilt his coffee on you at the coffee shop
Or the random guy who chased down your scarf in the roaring wind
Or the one who's mouth dropped when you mentioned the name of a video game
Or the the blind date your best friend set you up with
Or the stranger who asks you to dance at a party
Or the one you least expected, your best friend.
Let's be honest
We are all waiting
Unless you've found him already
You are one of the lucky ones
But as for myself and the rest of us
We wait for our prince.
