The 2nd map to release is much bigger than nacht and is much more sinister and creepy for in nacht you are alone put in a small place soon to be smothered by the undead however vurruckt puts you in an asylum where you can see blood stained tools and you can hear the screams of past patience and the sounds of the tools being activated and put to work. If you play multiplayer which only allows 4 players you would usually spawn with them however the 4 players are split into two each on one side of the map with the other players on the other side of the map the only way to reunite with your team is to activate the power. That is not it though as you look at the rooms and open door ways you notice that there are 4 soda machines scattered around the map in red, blue, green and orange. The blue machine reads quick revive, the red reads juggernog, the green reads sleight of hand and the orange reads double tap. Each machine cost various number of points quick revive costing 1500 points, juggernog costing 2500, sleight of hand costing 3000 and double tap costing 2000. However you can't get them yet they have to be activating by turning on the power. Through open doors and killing zombies you eventually open a door to a power room you seen a power box with a handle and a cut off hand on that handle, you flip the switch and the asylum now opens with light, things turn on and the door that separates you and your team opens. Now lets get to the basics the box is still around however it is in one or many locations but it can be found by a blue beacon that shines brightly. There are still chalk drawings of weapons on the walls throughout the map but this map has introduced new things like the soda machines mentioned earlier are known as perk machines and there are traps that can be activated that will kill the zombies to give you time to breath. It's the same formula as nacht you kill zombies the wave number goes higher the zombies get faster, grow larger, and stronger. However the perks are what really changed the game. Around the time quick revive had the ability to revive your teammates faster but that was it, it was useless to solo players. Double tap shot two bullets instead of one and shot your gun faster however this only served to empty your guns and pockets of ammo quickly, way to quickly so it wasn't particularly liked. Juggernog upped your health from 100 to 250 so it took 5 hits back to back to kill you instead of two hits. And sleight of hand soon to be renamed speed cola just made you reload which was nice if you have a weapon that took longer to reload. I also forgot to mention last time that the game gave you power ups starting with instakill which to its make no matter what round your on a weak melee attack will install the zombie. Double points like it's name will double the points you gain from damaging and killing zombies however this and instakill only last 3 seconds. Carpenter would rebuild every window in the game with boards to help your defenses and gives you 200 points. The nuke power up killed all the zombies that have spawned in and was very useful as an emergency power up so you wouldn't die. They are dropped when you kill zombies, they float and have a bright green glow that surrounds them. Instakill is a big skull, double points is the 2x symbol, the nuke is obviously a nuke and carpenter is a hammer. Outside the map is a burning and ashened forest. The third map to be released would be the communities least favorite world at war map. Shi no numa.
