/// This chapter is like 93% spicy! They sleep with each other for the first time in this chapter. The plot doesn't further very much, because I know some people may feel uncomfortable reading through sexual situations. If you'd like to skip, you won't miss anything important! ///
I wake up the next morning with a headache behind my eyes. The sun pours through the window, and I bury my face under the blankets to hide from it. Oliver is still soundly sleeping next time me, and I take a moment to look around the room. There's a letter in his mom's handwriting on his table that reads:
'I hope you had fun,
I had to leave for work early. Help yourselves to breakfast. Tylenol in the bathroom.xx, Mom'
She knows us too well; of course we acted like idiots last night. She never gets angry, as long as we're safe and responsible, which we are.
I get up to go to the restroom, taking Tylenol and chugging plenty of water. I wonder if his mom knows; like about us. She tends to know everything, so I wouldn't be surprised if she did.
What if this is all just a dream; or a breakdown. It doesn't feel real. I can't believe he actually likes me. Now he's telling people too? Even though it was just Lilith and Beth, it feels crazy.
I remember Beth telling us about Lilith's date with Connor, and make a mental note to text her good luck. She deserves to be happy.
All of the night is running through my head like a movie trailer, and I can't help but feel embarrassed. Why did I act like that? It's really not like me. School's going to be awkward.
I decide to go downstairs to make breakfast for Oli and I. I call my sister to catch up, and she answers after a few rings.
"Hey Tobes! Finally awake?" She says laughing.
"Yeah sadly." I reply dully.
"How was the party?" She asks.
"It was okay, we left early. There were way too many people there."
"I heard about your little dare." She says teasingly, and I groan.
"Shut up..." I mumble.
"Just about everyone's talking about it; you're famous." I can hear her smile. This is so humiliating.
"Seriously? God, how can I show my face in school?" I whine.
"Oh come on, you'll be getting pats on the back from the football boys for that one. You've officially become a legend."
"I don't want to be a legend. I just wanna be Toby." I wonder who else has heard. From what she says, most likely the entire town.
"So what're you doing? Where's Oliver?" She asks, and I'm glad she's decided to move on.
"He's still sleeping. I'm making breakfast for us." I say with a grin. Cooking can be fun sometimes.
"You're making breakfast? Wow, you really are a new person." She teases again.
"I feel like I could be sick at any moment; I need to eat." I reply, sounding very monotonous. "Anyways how was your night? Did you see Paige?"
