(Y/n's pov)

The party seemed to be calming down as it got closer to midnight.
But nobody left yet.
I hanged by the food table with plague and Hermione.
Adrianna is dancing with a guy and i smiled.
I knew him, nathinal, those two are thick as thieves, almost like me and-.
I frowned and stopped that trian of thought from being finsihed.
I looked out the window to see the moon is full and i remebered the one time lady beetle toke me somewhere.

(Flash back)

This thug was difficult, adding to what the bad day i had.
I was still realing from finding out what my mother was up to, why she acted the way she did to us.
It explained not only why and when she changed, but why she raised her voice and made the decisions firm that involved us were we didn't have, and probably never had a say in.
The decisions that seemed to be based on us having the life we grew up with, not on our happiness or what we wanted.
This rattled me deeper than i thought it would and now i under stand when mom or anyone i knew when they mentioned that they were having a bad day.
I question what i knew, my choices and was most of all angry at myself for not realizing this sooner cause my baby sister was in danger and it was my responsibility to protect her from evil.
I made that promise to my father when i thought he died, and i broke it.
My dad died once the casket was open, and now I was suffering the five steps of grief and i was at the step of anger.
I held my breath keeping my self from hitting the guy and knocking him out cold.
Lady beetle then said after i didn't bump my fist against his.
"Pound it"?
I didn't say it back, he then said.
"Dont leave me hanging".
I pound my fist lightly and said quiet.
"Pound it".
I walked away and went to leave but ladybeetle said grabbing my elbow.
"First you stop speaking for a few weeks, no flirting, or bugaboo.
Are you okay chatty"?

I then said seething.
"No im not, im having a bad day and.
(I sighed and that anger, the boiling hot anger is going away.)
It seemed to just be geting worse and worse".
Lady beetle then said smiling taking my hand.
"I think i have an idea, come with me".
I followed him to Andrews ice cream and he made our usual.
Lady beetle then toke us to the tower and he said.
"I sometimes come here when i want to be alone and think.
(I looked at him.)
A girl i love has shut herself in after her mother ran before the police came to arrest her".
I asked even though i knew who hes talking about.
"Why would they arrest her mother"?
Ladybeetle then said.
"It turned out gabby agreste was hawkmoth.
(I looked away and he said.)
A boy named Marin came to me telling me someone some how left him the butterfly and peacock miraculous with him and a note telling him who had them.
I went to the police and they went to arrest gabby, protect y/n and Adrianna.
They never knew, and when they found out, it's like they changed.
The people around them respected them more and seemed to be worried about their well being.
It annoyed y/n from what i heared Marin tell me, to the point she didn't talk to anyone unless she had to".
I then said guessing.
"And Adrianna acting the same"?
Lady beetle laughed and said.
"No, she cheered her sister up and she appeared to be the only one who seemed to bring the y/n she used to know back.
Shes the only one that seems to be the one to do it".
I saw the sadness on his face and i said.
"And im guessing you wish you could help".
He looked at me and i said.
"I can see the sadness in your eyes and hear your tone.
From what i hear about her from you, she strong woman.
Just give her time, she'll be back to her normal self, just not the same way as before".
Lady beetle then said.
"You seem to speak from experience".
I then said.
"My bad day seemed to be everyday and i changed.
Trust me ladybeetle, once y/n's out of this metaphorical tunnel, things will get better".
He smiled and once i finished my ice cream before him I said.
"Well i got to go".
Lady beetle said.
"Wait were you going"?
I then said.
"Home, all that fighting and comeing down from my bad day tired me out".
Lady beetle then said.
"Will i see you again"?
I looked at him.

(And of flash back )

I repeated what i remebered saying to him that night as i closed my eyes.
"Not for a while bugaboo".
Plague perked his head up and came over.
I let his head and he purred.
I sighed.
I went to the mental health facility to get better, but yet, it still feels like I lost my sanity.
Marin came over and said siting down across from me.
"Hey you okay y/n"?
I heared that before from someone but who?
I looked up and said.
"I'm having a bad day.
(I layed my head down.)
I was having a good day and now it changed.
I just want to sleep it off, but it's also adrianna's birthday".
Marin then said.
"And you don't want to leave her".
I nodded and he said holding my hand.
"Hey it's okay, you'll get threw this metaphorical tunnel".
I looked at him and said.

I looked at him differently, i realised where i heared someone use those exact words he said earlier.

I then said picking up both Hermione and plague.
"Yeah, yeah your right, I'm just going to go feed Derek and Hermione and grab somthing to eat, bye bugab-.
I mean marin".
I then left to the kitchen and grabbed food.
Then went to my old room.
I closed the door and layed my head on it.
I toke a breath and plague said.
"Wow y/n what's wrong"?
I then said.
"It's him plague.
Lady beetle,
(I swallowed and toke a few quick breaths trying to control my breathing, but that doesn't seem to work.
I'm hyper ventilating.)
Marin he's, he's-".
He jumped onto the table beside the door and said.
"Kid look at me.
(I did and he said.)
Breath okay, your hyper ventilating and that's not good.
You need to calm down".

I did and he said.
"Now tell me what happened".
I then said.
"Marin said metaphorical tunnel, i only ever said that to lady beetle, no one else.
And he used the exact words he used when he asked me if i was okay when i was chatty before we helped from the shadows and then went to California.
Plague i don't know what to do".
He then said rubbing against my arm.
"Everything will be okay.
Just go rest ill be with you".
I nodded and went to my old bed.
I layed down and fell asleep.
I woke up again to the sound of yoyo slinging.
I hide under my bed and plague said going under the bed.
"What are you doing"?
I then said.
"You know i had that panel of glass to spin so i can get out.
He knows its there".
Plague then said.
"Ill check to see if he past by".
I then said whisper yelling trying to stop him but he got to far.
"Plague no what are you doing"!?
He then said.
"Fixing this, if he passed we are going after him, if he didn't then you can stay but you will speak to him in the moring".
I nodded accepting the terms and he went out.
He came back and said .
"He past the window, now you know what you have to do.
Or so help me god ill bring so much cheese into this room you won't be able to get the smell out".
He changed into his Kwami form so it didn't hurt him when i say the magic words.
I don't know if it would hurt him but im not risking it.
I nodded getting out from under the bed and said.
"Plague claws out".
I transformed and went out after ladybeetle.
I saw him, it looked like was talking to trix threw the com.
I then thought.
'If trix is looking for me, then maybe i can use this to my advantage'.
I moved showed myself to trix and it seemed to work, ladybeetle looked to where trix saw me go in and out of view for human eyes to see.
I got to the tower and waited.
When i heared the soft thud and said using my ear's to see him.
"Im sorry i left without a proper expliantion.
(He walked forward slowly, not speaking.)
Im sorry I left without telling you were I was going, how long I be gone.
And im sorry for not saying good bye and.
(I toke a breath.)
Im sorry for being from you and running from you.
(Tears started to fall.)
I just didn't want to lose you, when i found out who gabby truley was I broke, i mentally broke.
I couldn't bare running from you and i was scared.
(I wiped my eyes, carefully cause of my claws.)
God i was terrified you take my miraclous and never see or speak to me again.
You are my rock Marin, and i couldn't lose you.
I needed help and i didn't know how to explain it to you.
So i just left.
(I turned and conitued.)

He kissed me and he held me to him.
Never leting go and i kissed him back.
I wrapped my arms around his neck and his arms around my waist tighten and once he pulled away he said.
"Don't ever leave me again, please don't ever hurt me like that again".
I then said crying and head against his chest.
"I promise marin, i promise ill never leave you ever again".
He then said.
"Im just glad your back".
I smiled lightly laughing threw the tears and he said.
"I love you kitty".
I laughed and said.
"I love you to bugaboo".
I realised the cat he lost was me.
I smiled enjoying the comfert and feeling of love and feeling better.
To content to feel shock.
