(Y/n's pov)
I woke to my Kwami bark tossing and turning.
I got up and said seeing that she was about to fall off.
"I got you bark".
She fell into my hands when i moved to catch her.
I then asked as she was coming to.
"You okay bark"?
She woke up and said as she rubbed her eyes.
"Yeah, just a good dream.
(She began floating and then said seeing our stuff we were taking for to the park.
Her dog forms collar with leash and toys.)
Ever since we stopped hawk moth I been having nothing but good dreams".
I then said.
"We been getting more sleep, and actually have time to relax".
But since then ladybug made sure that me and chat patrol Paris incase crime striked.
If she needed the other holders she give them their miraculous.
She couldn't take mine cause she didn't give me bark.
The protector before her did.
Bark then said.
"Do we have to take the morning shift"?
I rhen said.
"If we didn't chat noir will have another excuse to get on my case".
The saying they fight like cats and dogs didn't really apply, but chat and i don't get along.
She then said as i put the necklace on.
"You know what to say".
I then said before transforming.
"Bark on the hunt".
I transformed and left my apartment .
I got to the roof I would met ladybug for the morning shift.
I looked the roofs infront of me and i smelled it.
'Cat'.
I turned to see chat noir, i then said.
"Look what the cat dragged in, himself".
He laughed, actually laughed at my joke.
He then said.
"Good one, lucky".
I then said raising my eyebrow confused.
"Wah"?
He then said walking to my side.
"Your funny lucky, how was your night"?
I then said feeling awkward.
"Um good, you"?
He then said.
"Good actually".
I then said not wanting to keep feeling this awkwardness.
"Okay that's it, who are you and what have you done to the chat noir that hates me"?
He looked at me shocked at what i said.
He then said in whisper like tone.
"I don't hate you lucky".
I then said standing infront of him.
"Then why do you seem to jump at every opportunity to yank my leash?
You and I got our miraclous at roughly the same time.
You didn't treat me like this until about a year ago".
He didn't look at me and i said knowing ladybug wasn't comeing.
"Look you go rest ill take the patrol.
(He was about to speak and steppedto follow.)
On my own".
I stared him down and then i started running across roof tops.
I heared a ruckus and saw the gun.
I threw my play and it touched the gun.
I then said.
"Fetch"!
The ball came back and i got the gun in my hand instead as the ball reappeared on my collar.
I jumped the guy and punched him.
The guy flat out fell to the ground and i said to the girl.
"You alright"?
She then said.
"Yeah im okay, thank you lucky".
I looked up to her and recognised her.
Alya, Marinette best friend.
And mine since she also found out it was me about a week after hawk moth was gone.
I then said.
"Anytime Alya.
Want me to walk you back"?
She then said.
"Im good, I'm just going to the store to get trix her snacks.
How's bark doing"?
I then said.
"Good. Can you grab some Scooby snacks for me?
Two box's"?
Alta then said.
"Met you at the store"?
I nodded and i said grabbing the guy.
"Yeah, just need to drop this guy off at the station and finish the patrol".
Alya then asled.
"How's chat, why isn't he with you"?
I pointed to her and said.
"You and ladybug are up to something?
He's not here cause,
(I sighed and said.)
I told him ill take over on my own.
Im done with him jumping on my case and yanking my leash".
Alya put her hands on her hips and said.
"You do realize you made a dog pun".
I then said.
"Yes cause if i didn't he make worse ones".
I got going to the police station and said before i got out of her hearing range.
"I'll see you later".
I dropped the guy off and finished my patrol.
Once I got into an alley I detransformed and bark said as i gave her the last couple of Scooby snackes.
"You okay"?
I then said as she went into my hoodie pocket.
"Peaved bark, I'm peaved.
Alya and Marinette are playing peace maker behind my back.
Thank god they dont know that I,
(I closed my mouth and thought it over incase i had any unwanted listeners.
Ladybug, Rena, infack viperion in their civilaion forms have been spitting out a theory of why I toke chats change in behavior so deeply.
'Could be that some dog's and cats get along.
When one changes so does the other'.
Load of bull crap.
Nino says it's because i like chat noir.
But that theory was just that, since they didn't see me react the theory was dismissed.)
Never mind I need a snack to calm my pitbull attitide".
Another dog joke, i often made them to just relax and as a way to make sure chat didn't have any natural to use against me.
I began walking to the market where Alya will be waiting for me.
Once i arrived alya said seeing my pjs.
"Wow you must of just woke up before your patrol".
I then said as she handed me a bag.
"Yeah.
(I looled at her.)
Thank you".
She then said.
"Trust me girl, if i were you i be made to".
I then said.
"That and I'm tired, but I'll be okay.
Just want answers".
