I sat down by the fire with an opened book on the floor. Well, technically it was my diary. This diary was the reason I had transferred schools. It held many of my secrets. It held every bit of the past and future I had stepped into. I read through it, adding extra pages, removing ink smudges. I would write more in it later tonight.

"Hello," a voice said from behind my shoulder. I felt a finger tap on it.

I jumped and shut the book as quick as I could. I knew it was too dangerous to read through it, let alone bring it into the common room. I looked behind my shoulder. I was met with the same blond hair and the same brown eyes I had been gazing into at the great hall. The fire was camouflaging in his pupils, dancing around like a flame torch.

"Hello," I replied, clearing my throat. "Is there something you needed?"

The boy, Billy was his name, scratched the back of his neck awkwardly, not looking at me. Blood was rushing to his cheeks. "Er, yeah. Uh. Do you think I could have my quill back?"

"Huh?"

"You're kind of sitting on it."

Wide eyed, I scrambled off the floor. There, lying beneath where I had been sitting, was a simple quill. I pursed my lips to stop the heat rising in my cheeks from embarrassment. I didn't want him to take his quill back knowing that my buttocks had been sitting on it. I picked it up gently and held it out to him.

"Um, sorry," I said, looking up into his golden brown eyes.

I gasped.

A blue eyed, fourth year Ravenclaw with long, blonde locks that reached her waist skipped through Hogwarts' corridors with books pressed against her chest. She was humming and gazing around absently, ignoring all the laughs that had been thrown her way. And if I looked closely, I could see her name inked in her books.

Luna Lovegood.

She was a future relative of Billy and Hannah.

Breathing out, now that I was in the present, I was staring right back into those brown eyes.

"It really isn't a problem," he chuckled, taking his quill back. He held his books against his chest just like the Luna girl did. He stuck his hand out. "I'm Billy Lovegood. Perhaps you know my sister."

"Abigail Benjamin, and yeah, I met her today," I replied, shaking his hand.

"A bit weird, is she not?"

"Lovely, actually."

"Really? You think so?"

"Yes, I do."

We were still shaking hands. Billy and I glanced down at our shaking hands and we ended up smirking, and then we ended up laughing. Taking my hand back to my side, I said goodbye to Billy and rushed up to my dormitory.

I needed to write in my diary. I hadn't written in there for so long.

Dipping my quill into a spare jar of ink, I began to write down the things I'd seen as soon as I had come to Hogwarts. Two visions of the past with Tom Riddle, and one vision of the future with Billy Lovegood. I had to let out the visions I'd seen to get it off of my chest, and perhaps, when/if I decide to have children, I'd be able to pass it down to them, let them know the encounters I had come across.
