The wind blew even harder, the tree branches slapping against each other the hardest I'd ever seen. My hair thrashed roughly against my face and I squinted against the harsh weather.

"Riddle, what are you doing?!" The blond boy exclaimed. He bent down and threw his arms around himself.

The boy holding me didn't let me go. Instead, he used me as a shield and pulled me harder against him. The girl was squealing and shrieking, and the boys near Tom were trying their best to keep restraining him.

The buff brunette was the first to drop to the ground. Just from looking at his face I could tell he was screaming, but no sound was escaping his lips. He began to squirm around on the ground as if he was being electrocuted. The other students all stared at him in horror, just like I was. It was a horrific sight.

The next was Mary. She dropped quicker than anything with a sickening sound when she hit the concrete. Her head was the first thing that hit it. She, too, mirrored exactly what the buff boy was doing. Then the blond boy. And then the three boys who were holding Tom. I wasn't exactly able to figure out how exactly Tom was doing this.

And then I knew Tom wasn't lying all those times he had told me he could snap my bones with a swift flick of his wrist. This boy must have studied deeply into the dark arts. Tom stared at the boy holding me.

I could feel the boy shivering with fear against my body. His teeth were chattering in my ear. His friends were still squirming on the ground. I wanted to scream out for Tom to stop all the madness but I couldn't find my voice.

A wand pressed against my neck. The boy was using me as a way to get out of being punished. "I'll do it!" He threatened as Tom continued to stare. "I'll...I'll do it! I swear if you try anything I'll-"

He dropped down behind me with a loud thud, his wand clanking against the concrete. I backed away as he started to writhe on the ground in pain, like a fish without water. I turned around and looked at Tom. He was smirking at all the students writhing in pain.

"Stop it!" I shouted. I was merely surprised that no teachers or students had heard the commotion. But they were all at the top of the castle. The slytherins were at the bottom. How could they? "Tom, stop it! That's enough!"

"No," Tom spat at me. "It's not. Go to bed, Abigail. And tell no one of this or I'll wipe your memory."

"All they wanted was for you to treat them and everyone else like people," I snapped. Tom glared at me harder, if possible. "They clearly didn't have any other way to talk to you without you treating them like nothing."

"Why are you defending them!" He yelled at me, anger pulsing through his skin. "Just leave. I'll deal with this lot."

Tom moved over and picked up our wands. He handed me mine before dusting his off. Then, out of nowhere, his wand was directed at me.

"Go," he ordered. "Go or I'll force you to."

Slowly and reluctantly, I turned on my heel. Even if I were to disarm him, those students wouldn't be free of the torture he held upon them. So I ran back to Ravenclaw.
