"Hey, girl. How would you know if you already loving a person?"

Napatigil ako sa pag-unlock ng pinto ng cubicle nang marinig ko 'yon, it's probably the girls in the sink, retouching their make-ups.

"Well . . . It's when your heart pounds whenever you see him or talk to him. Every word he's speaking felt like a music to your ears. And, even in that person's small gestures, you're feeling butterflies in your stomach . . . That's love for me."

Corny naman . . .

But, why do I feel like I'm relating to her words? Do I love someone? Do I?

Pero, sino? I don't have any friends . . . And the only friend I have is . . .

Andre.

"Is he the one that I love?" I blinked for a few times when I heard myself. Then I started slapping myself. "No, no, no! That's not good, Ashandria! Bawal 'yan!"

Andre didn't messaged me all day aside from his morning greeting. Is he still rehearsing? Nakakain na kaya siya? I hope he doesn't tire himself that much . . .

My thoughts trailed off when I heard three knocks on the door, revealing my Mother's figure there. I gave her a small smile as she come inside of my room.

I keep writing and deleting words since I heard that 'love' thingy earlier at school.

I gave Mom a smile. "Just doing some school works, Mommy. May sasabihin ba kayo?"

"Did you and your fiancé met already?" diretso niyang tanong sa akin.

No. And if I could say no to meeting him, I would probably rejected him already. "Not yet. His schedule was so packed this month so I doubt he'll have a spare time to meet me."

"By the way, why is he so busy, Mom? Is he an adult already?"

What's wrong about asking that?! "We would set you up to a wedding but not to an old man. He's still studying like you."

Like me?!
