A ball was taking place in the Mikaelson manor. Loki didn't really want to go, but the overwhelming need to see his younger siblings won and he decided to go.

Loki arrived at the grand manor and was welcomed by compelled human servants holding goblets of blood and showing their necks,  Allowing vampires to drink from them.
The ballroom was interesting. Niklaus had taste and Loki couldn't deny that.

ELIJAH was socialising with the guest when he saw a familiar face.
Loki Mikaelson stood there in his glory, wearing a suit. This surprised him because as long as Elijah remembered Loki hated formal clothes even if it was for a party.
Excusing himself, Elijah went over to where Loki was standing, drinking a glass of blood.
"Loki?"
Loki's head whipped when he heard the familiar voice, His blue eyes meeting Elijah's chocolate pools in surprise.
"Lijah?"
Loki whispered in disbelief.
Elijah's hair was no longer the same as last time he saw him.
"Its me, Brother."

KOL MIKEALSON stood next to Rebekah on the staircase when he saw Elijah talking to someone. It was not uncommon for Elijah to  to socialize  with people at a party.  But something about that man reminded him of someone. The Mischievous glint in his eyes reminded him of somebody.
Loki.
Kol gasped. Rebekah noticed.
"Hey, you okay? Is something wrong?"
she asked worriedly.
Reluctantly, Kol opened his mouth.
"So, you remember...Loki?"
Rebekah's face dropped.
"Yes, what happened."  she asked worry in her voice. Loki might have left them, yes, but Rebekah didn't blame him she just wanted her big brother that used to comfort her when she was scared or sad and chased boys away from her.
'No Boyfriends untill you're 30.'
Rebekah smiled fondly at the memory.
"He's here." Kol whispered.
Rebekah's eyes widened.
"What?" She whispered back in shock. Kol nodded and pointed at the man Elijah was talking to.
Loki made eye contract with them for a few seconds before turning back to Elijah.

HONESTLY, Loki was nervous. The moment he stepped into the beautiful ballroom, Elijah approached him.
"How had it been, brother?" Elijah asked. Loki did not hear any slight anger or irration in his voice. Elijah was not mad at him.
"Honestly, brother. Things had been bad without you. I miss you guys. All of you."
Elijah sighed.
"You have to apologize to Niklaus. He's still mad at you about what happened 96 years ago."
"What was I supposed to do? he daggered Kol and you expect me to stay so he can do the same to me? no thanks."
Elijah shook his head.
"That's not it. Remember the vow we made, always and forever."
Loki snarled.
"Always and forever my ass. I value my life, thank you very much."
Loki looked up and made eye contract with Kol and Rebekah for a few second.
"Something Kol and Finn was not involved in."  he mumbled under his breath.
