The man cut through Hannah's throat from the back, and I could see the other end of the knife poking out of the front of her throat.

The man kept the knife there for a few more seconds, then pulled it out quickly, making a slicing noise.

Hannah stood there, then feel on her side.

I didn't know what to do for those three seconds.

It was like everything in my body had stopped working. My chest felt like it was going to explode. My palms began to get sweaty. My legs and arms stiffened. Even though I was zoning out, I could still feel tears falling down my eyes.

I finally got to reality. The reality where the man almost decapitated me. Luckily, sam threw me out the way.

I was now standing behind Sidney with the rest of us.

I immediately fell to the ground and crawled over quickly to where Hannah was.

I tilted her head to me, and I could see the entire slit from the knife in her throat.

I started sobbing, then checked her pulse by her wrist.

It wasn't there.

My sister had died, and it was all my fault.

I rested my head against Hannah's bloody cardigan, then held her hand, even though I couldn't feel anything of her.

It was like I was holding a doll or something fake.

I started sobbing in to her cardigan, positioning my hands into a hug around her.

I hugged Hannah's dead body as Maya knelt down beside me.

She turned back to see Sidney beating up the man like she always did.

She then turned to me, then put her hand on my back.

She started rubbing my back softly as I started crying harder into my sisters body.

I put my head up a few seconds later to see Sidney finishing off the man with a hatchet.

I looked at Hannah's body again. I couldn't bare seeing her like that. I unbuttoned her cardigan and shoved it into the duffel bag next to me. Now Hannah was laying on the ground with only a soft blue shirt and a pale pink skirt.

I rubbed Hannah's hand one more time before getting up.

"Are you okay?" Maya asked with the soft voice she always had when she felt bad for someone.

"No." I replied in almost a whisper, trying to hold back my tears.

I looked back at Hannah's motionless body. I closed my eyes slowly, let the last tears fall out, then gripped the duffel bag and tightened my fists together.

I couldn't let all these men get away with killing my best friend, now my sister.

I saw Sidney bending down and lodging a note in the man's slit open throat.

I walked past Sidney and started leading the way to the store.
