Wang YiBo met his old friend, Li WenHan after a long time of not seeing each other.
Li WenHan is one of Wang YiBo's few close friends, but working in the military had turned their often hangouts into meetups that have months or even years of interval and rare chances like this when Li WenHan was strolling around the mall while on his break from his military duties and coincidentally met Wang YiBo, who was planning to buy a new set of Legos to build.
What's so good with their friendship is that it's not high maintenance. They may meet as seldom as it could get, but their closeness remains unchangeable.
After a moment of a fateful happy surprise, they decided to eat dinner together to catch up on things. Lots of them. When Li WenHan found out about his friend's café bar, Green Stone, he got excited about it. He promised that he would visit soon together with the guy he was currently pursuing.
And on the night they visited Green Stone, Wang YiBo looked at Li WenHan's company with astonishment. "Xun-hyung¹?" He spoke the name that seemed he hadn't called in ages.
(¹A Korean word. It's what a male used to call an older male.)
"Wang YiBo?" The man who was just called Xun-hyung said. He had the same astonishment on his face.
"You guys know each other?" Li WenHan asked. He was also as surprised as the other two guys.
Wang YiBo couldn't contain his excitement as he gleamed, "Of course!" and hugged Xun-hyung.
"Wow! You've grown so much, namdongsaeng². I missed you!" Xun-hyung, or Zhan Xun—his full name, hugged back.

"I missed you too, hyung. You look well, that's good to know." Wang YiBo then turned to Li WenHan, "We were neighbors back in Korea. I learned Chinese from him."
"That's right. His mom hired me as his Chinese tutor." Zhan Xun added, also turning to Li WenHan. "It's also good to know that you're doing well." Now Zhan Xun to Wang YiBo.
Eyes widened, Li WenHan, "What a small world! So you also lived in Korea before, Xun-ge?"
"Yea, university days. But I've been going back and forth from Korea to China since I was a kid so I didn't have to adjust so much when I studied there. How about you, guys? How did you know each other?"
Li WenHan, "We met in the military. We both joined at the same time but he soon left me alone."
Wang YiBo scoffed at that intentional 'drama' and although Zhan Xun found it funny as well, he was more taken aback as he said, "You also joined the military, YiBo?! I heard from auntie that you also joined the police before."
Wang YiBo felt a little shy. "Ah, yeah. I joined the police after I quit the military."
"But that's already old news, Xun-ge. Do you know he's already a detective now?"
Zhan Xun gasped. "What the hell, Wang YiBo?! Do you plan to try all the careers in the world? Li WenHan told me you're also the owner of this place, isn't that right?"
Wang YiBo rubbed his nape, "Yea."
"Daebak³! You're unbelievable!"

"But your hair is a bit longer and wavy. When we met a few days ago, it was quite short. Are you wearing a wig?" Li WenHan asked but he noticed one more thing that also needed to be pointed out so he added, "Oh, you're even wearing an earring, oh wait, there are two of them on your left ear."
