Chapter 2 Part 1

Sorry this took so long that its very short!

 Walten woke up to an alarm, he slowly got up, walked over to his computer, sat down on his chair, and looked to see what was the matter. He noticed the alarm that set off was a warning that one of the main four left the mainland. He panicked and checked the cameras, to his surprise, he saw blood in the tubby dome. He's seen this amount of blood before but the sight still frightened him. Walten quickly contacted the military, but he had lost connection, "Damnit!" he shouted in frustration. He sighed, "I'll have to go up there myself and investigate.". He got up from his chair and grabbed 'his' hat, placing it on his head. Walten walked to his closet and opened it, grabbing his bag. He took a minute to think of what he needed and decided to grab his night vision camera, a knife for protection, a lighter, a medkit, a notebook plus a pencil, and a glass jar or two in case he found anything that could be key evidence to how it happened. Walten walked out of his room and walked to the ladder that led up to the surface with everything he needed.

Walten set up a fire for warmth, he wrote in his notebook possible ways the four ended up the way they did. The only thing he could think of was the custard. They all ate it since he last saw them, plus Tinky seemed to be having a massive headache afterward. Walten decided that he should try getting samples of the custard and give it to the Military so they could analyze it. The problem is that he has no connection and they need to know asap. "Maybe I should take a trip to the Satellite Station to get ahold of them," Walten said to himself, oblivious to the fact that someone might've heard him. "I'll collect some custards and then head up the mountain to the outskirts, then arrive at the Satellite Station! Great idea!!" he smiled. Walten got up and began heading towards the Tubby Dome, his hands shaking. He'd never thought he'd be able to walk outside for years, it excited him.
