Chapter 5

      Walten walked up to the Satellite Station's entry, it's been a while since he was here last. He remembered the small puzzle to open the entrance, which he did. The door opened and he walked inside, closing it behind him so no one else would get inside, and hopped over the security laser, while looking back at the door. He noticed a certain smell, it smelled like something was rotting, it smelled like shit. He turned around and there, right against the wall, was a tubby's body. Walten gagged at the sight, its organs were hanging out of its body, he could tell someone else was here, someone like Tinky and Laa Laa. He slowly walked down the hallway, more bodies were scattered around the area, he had gotten to one of the labs. It was dark so he could see very well. Suddenly he heard a noise, a survivor. Walten walked towards the noise, making his way down the hallway. The survivor coughed, the noise coming from a supply room. Walten peeked inside, there was his best friend Ron. "Ron?" he spoke out, Ron squeaked and grabbed a random box, "Who's there!? I got a uh... knife. Yeah a knife, and I'm NOT afraid to use it!" he said. Walten giggled as he walked into the room, "It's me, Walten." he smiled. Ron scanned him "Damn I guess you never got that growth spurt," he said, totally not hurting Walten's feelings, "What are you doing all the way out here? If Richard finds out, you'll be kicked off the team." Ron said. Walten was fully aware that Richard would do that, but he technically was doing his job "I'll be fine.". "Last time you said that, Richard screamed at you." Ron mentioned, "How about we forget about that and tell me what the fuck happened?" he sighed. Ron's attention shifted away from him, he clearly wasn't okay enough to talk about it. After a few seconds of silence, Ron spoke "It was some headless tubby, with a chainsaw, he had green fur, I'm guessing it's a he. He was short, very fucking short, but taller than you at least,", "Hey." Walten interrupted. Ron chuckled softly, "I'm joking... But that thing... It killed everyone...". Walten could tell that Ron was scared, he never really got to see him scared, but he could tell. Walten sighed, "Here.'' He reached inside his bag for a med kit and handed it to him, "You look like shit." he said, Ron smiled a bit "Thanks.". Walten smiled at him, "Hey, can you tell me how to get to the main area, I don't know what you guys call it but where and how do I get there?" he asked. Opening the med kit, Ron answered "I don't know how else to explain it but there is a map of the building in the hallway right down the vent." he pointed towards an open vent "Toby... He has a keycard, use that.". "Be careful, that thing is somewhere around here. I would come with but with the state that I'm in, I can't." he said, "I will, you best be staying alive over here." Walten demanded as he walked over to the vent, "I will." Ron sighed. Walten then crawled into the vent.

     Walten crawled out of the vent, into a random hallway. He searched around for the map Ron mentioned. He noticed it, it should be down a few hallways, the entrance is also not too far, just down the other way. He said and decided to make his way towards the main area, having no clue what Toby looked like. He then heard the voice of someone, someone familiar to him. He turned around, there standing in the hallway was Laa Laa, perfectly fine. "Laa Laa?" He started walking towards her but then she suddenly vanished. Startled, he shook his head "I must be losing my mind.". He continued walking, then there's Tinky, also fine. Tinky spoke, his voice sounding way deeper in person, kinda gave him butterflies in his stomach. He walked over and he vanished. Shortly after was Po, she was fine, she was speaking as well but he couldn't hear her out loud. Then Dipsy, Dipsy wasn't speaking, he couldn't his dorky voice, he wasn't even facing him. Walten walked over, thinking he would stop hallucinating, but instead, he came face to face with Dipsy, now headless, blood still gushing from his left over neck, holding a chainsaw that was covered with blood, he was the one who killed all these people. Walten backed away. Dipsy managed to let out a low and gurgling growl, revving up his chainsaw. Walten smiled nervously, "Uh hey Dipsy. Nice to see you in person. I would love to chat but I have to go." Dipsy's neck tilted to the side, he could understand him. Walten quickly ran away from him, the chainsaw grew louder, he ran after him. Walten screamed as he ran, Dipsy was fast, so he had no chance against him but he noticed the gift card Ron mentioned. He swiftly grabbed it and made his way towards the entrance. The laser would stop him. He ran and ran, while Dipsy was not too far from him. Once he made it to the entrance, he hopped over the laser and fell onto his knees on the other side. He snapped his attention right at Dipsy, he ran right into the laser with a big enough explosion to send Dipsy a few feet away. He tubby laid there in shock. He was too stunned to even realize what had happened. Walten, left breathless from the chase, walked over the laser and looked at Dipsy. He checked to see if he was okay, which he was other than the fact he had no head. Walten then grabbed Dipsy's chainsaw, so if he came to, he wouldn't hurt Ron. Knowing Dipsy, he wouldn't be able to fight Ron without the chainsaw. He apologized to Dipsy, who was still stunned, and then made his way towards the center.
