Truth or dare & Thankyou

I walked downstairs, Its been a boring day so far. Shawn is gone with the guys talking about magcon with the manager.
So I've been alone all day today.
Well.. not all day.Its only 1:00 Right now.

My Birthday is tomorrow! I'll be 17
Oh my god! One more year and I can be on my own! Its so crazy!

Hey! This is a great time to do a singing cover!
I grabbed my phone and ran downstairs into the music room.
I set my camera up and set down on the piano chair.
I hit record

"Hey guys! It's Alexis Dallas, Im doing a cover of I don't even know your name. By Shawn Mendes"
I smiled

I started playing the piano and singing the lyrics to Shawn's song.

(Shawn's pov)

I just walked into the house me and the guys told her we were meeting our manager but we were actually planning her party!
I can't find her anywhere upstairs or downstairs
I knocked on the bathroom door
"Babe"
"I'm in here!" I heard a voice say
It's not Alexis.. It's Cameron doing his girl voice

"Nice try"

Then I heard it. I stopped everything and stood still
Alexis is singing!
I slowly walked down stairs and stood by the music room door.
She's singing I don't even know your name.

I smiled.
I let her finish up her song and then I knocked on the door

"Come in!"

Oops.. now she's recording!
"Hey I was just doing a cover"

"Are you recording still?"

"Yeah, come sit" she said patting the bench next to her

I say down next to her and looked at the camera
"This is Shawn, The original singer of the song I just sang! In case you didn't know"

"That's me! I sing, play piano, okay guitar, Im Shawn Mendes! And also her boyfriend"

I laughed
"Yeah, wanna sing a little part of it again?"

"Sure!"

I played piano as me and Shawn sang the ending of the song over again. Our voices went together perfectly.
It ended and we both smiled

"Well.. Thankyou guys for watching! I love youuu and umm Comment what you think I should do for my next video!"

"Bye!" shawn said

I ended it.

"Nice job! You do covers on YouTube?" he asked

"I just started the other day" I said

"That's good!" he said

I posted the video and then shared it on twitter.

I took a selfie with Shawn and posted it on my Instagram too.

I stood up
"RACE YOU UP THE STAIRS!" I yelled and the. Ran out of the room and up the stairs as fast as I could, making it before him

When he finally got up "that's not fair! cheater!"

"That's not cheating!" I said

He lifted me up and started spinning
He put me down and we both fell to the ground and started laughing

"Are you guys okay?" Nash Asked walking In

"Finneee!" Shawn sang

I laughed even harder
I think today's one of those day that were all gonna be really hyper

"MEETING FAMILY" Cameron yelled

Everyone raced and met up in the living room
"What's this meeting for!?" carter asked

"I was just bored" he said

"COCK" taylor yelled

I started laughing
"What!"

"Wanna play truth or dare!?" Hayes asked

"Last time I played, it involved me getting naked! Im not sure" i said remembering the night we stayed in the cabin and I had to get in the lake naked.

"Comonnn"

"Fine!"

We all sat in a circle around the living room

"Truth or dare?" I asked My brother

"Dareeeee"

"I dare you.. To kiss Carter "

"CARTER!?" he yelled

Shawn laughed

He leaned over and kissed Carter's cheek,
"You never said where!"

"Whatever"

"Truth or dare?" he asked Hayes

"Truth"

"Okay, Umm Is it true that you have a crush on the girl who loves next-door"

"Umm.. Yeah.. kinda.. I guess"

"Hayes! You never told me you had a crush on someone I thought we were BestFriends! You betrayed me" I said

"Nobody knew intill now! Okay.. Shawn truth or dare?'

"Truth"

"Would you ever have Ariana grandes vocals or jack Johnson's swag"

"Well.. Ariana's vocals are great but I'm a boy and that would be kinda weird.. And I need more swag so Johnson's swag"

He smiled
"Alexis truth or dare?" Shawn asked me

"Dare!" I said
Please don't be bad..

"I dare you.. To kiss me"

That's easy!
I leaned over and kissed him
"If you wanted to kiss me you didn't have to make it a dare!" I said

"I know I know"

(2 hours later)
Time went by fast and we didn't even realize we played that long!
It's 4:14 now

"Alexis tomorrow is your birthday and we have some things planned out but were gonna go out to eat at the end of the day tomorrow and we thought it'd be cool for you to pick out a nice outfit for your birthday dinner so Cara is gonna take you shopping right now to get it!" Taylor explained

"Alright!" I said

Me and Cara walked out and got into the car

We started driving
I was thinking about the offer I got the other day..

"Cara.."

"Yes?'

"I have something very important to talk about.. I have no idea what to do"

"About what?"

"Okay.. "

She looked at me and then back at the road

" I got a call from Management the other day and it was an offer... They think I have what it takes to be a new big singer"

"That's great Alexis!"

"Yeah it is, But I I take the offer I need to move to New York. Just me."

"Ohh"

"I don't know if I should or not... what should I do?"

" I can't tell you what to do Alexis but I really do think it'd be good for you, you have an amazing voice and I also think you could make it far. I know it would be hard for you to say goodbye to everyone but remember. At the end of the summer Alot of the boys return home. So either way it won't be the same. We could visit you anytime you wanted. but no matter what choice you Make, I will support you"

"Thankyou Cara, one more thing,."

"Yes?"

"Can you not tell the guys.. I'm gonna make my decision and tell you all tomorrow night"

"Alright"

We pulled into the mall parking lot and got out of the car
Time to get a dress!
