Hiroen's POV
After I get home, I try to be as normal as possible. Everyone in the pack asks me if I found my mate, and all I could think about was Haley. I would tell them I hadn't, but still hopeful. My parents actually do plan to take me to other packs to try and find her. Over the next few months I get back in the routine of pack life. I'm doing really well in training and they are most likely looking to make me an elite warrior. My nineteenth birthday is coming up soon and I'm really looking forward to it. Every few weeks I meet with Miranda and she still teaches me things. I practice magic on my own. I really feel like I am getting a hang of it. Over the next few weeks I start training a lot more and my mom is concerned about me not having a mate. She plans after my birthday to take me to her sisters pack.
For my nineteenth birthday we had a party that the entire pack attended. During the party I was made into an elite warrior. My mom and dad were so proud of me. Everyone thinks I will be the next Gamma or even Beta of the pack with the new alpha. The next day we left for my Aunt's pack.
"Are you ready to go?" My mom asks.
  "Yup I'm all set."
"Can you take these bags to the car?"
"Sure thing mom." I grab my moms bag and mine and carry them to the car. I see Jacob running up to me, he is the Alphas son soon to be Alpha.
"Hey Hiroen, where you headed off to?"
"Still on the mate hunt. We're going to my moms sister's pack now."
"Dang, really pushing for that mate."
"They think it will ground me." I put the bags in the trunk.
"Yeah my mom is about to ship me off too to find my mate. Moms just wants grand babies."
"Well the pack will need a Luna." I reply.
"When will you be back?" Jacob asks.
"In a few weeks. If my mate isn't at my moms sister's pack, then we are going to stop at one more pack before heading home."
"You are going to know every pack before me." Jacob teases.
"Keep up the training man. I'll see you when you come back, hopefully with a mate."
"Hope so." Jacob leaves as my mom and dad come out of the house. We head out. My mom says it's about a 3 hour drive. I spend that time reading over a spell book Miranda gave me. The spell I am reading is about binding magic. You can bind someone's magic to where they can't use it.  It says you can bind it to an object or even within the person. Interesting. It seems like a complicated spell. I will have to ask Miranda more about this. Before I know it, we arrive at the pack lands. We pull up to the main house. When I step out of the car I am hit with a wonderful floral scent.
"Mate" my wolf growls. I look around, looking for the owner of the scent. I see a girl standing with two other girls between the main house and another building. She is staring straight at me.
"Hiroen are you ok?" I hear my dad ask, but I can't take my eyes off the girl. She is making her way towards us.
"Mate" I say and my dad looks in the direction I am looking. I did not notice my mom and my aunt were also looking in the direction of my mate.
"That's the betas daughter, very sweet. This will be a lovely match." My aunt tells my mom. The girl walks right up to me and looks me in the eye.
"Mate." She says and then full on kisses me. I am shocked, first by the electricity at her touch, second by her kiss, then I melt into her. It feels like we are the only people in the entire world. Just me and my mate.
"Fiona!" I hear and it snaps me back to reality.
"Fiona, what is the meaning of this?" A man standing on the porch of the main house asks. This man better be her relative or my wolf is going to rip his throat out for talking to her like that. A small growl escapes me. Fiona giggles.
"Dad I found my mate." She doesn't take her eyes off me. Instead her blueish green eyes stare right into mine.
"Mate, really?" The tone of his voice changes, to a more pleasant tone. He comes down from the porch and approaches us. I just noticed the girls she was with are standing behind her, and we are surrounded by my parents, my aunt and uncle, the two girls, and now her father. I see a few more girls walking over to where we are.
"Gavin Stonewall I am the Beta of the pack. This is my daughter Fiona. These are my other daughters May and Ginger. Those over there are my youngest, Camila and Penelope." Five girls, no wonder his mood changed, I can't imagine what it's like to live with so many women.
"Hello sir, my name is Hiroen. These are my parents Grace and Peter Lodge."
"Why don't we go inside and give the kids a moment alone." My aunt says. The whole time Fiona hasn't taken her eyes off me. Everyone heads inside except her two younger sisters.
"I said everyone." My aunt yells and they hurry inside.
"How old are you?" She asks.
  "19, you?"
  "18."
"Your dad seems happy you found your mate." She giggles.
"My dad lives in a house with 6 females. I think he's waited for this day my whole life." I peek up and see some faces in the window watching us.
"Seems like we have an audience." I point to the window.
"Let's go for a walk." Fiona starts walking away from the house and I follow behind her.
"So am I what you imagined?" I was surprised by her question.
"I don't know if I imagined what my mate would look like. Did you?"
"Of course I did. All girls do."
"Am I want you imagined?" She stops and looks me up and down.
"You are taller than I imagined. And I imagined darker hair." She tassels my hair and giggles. The touch shoots electricity through my body.
"Will you be sad to leave your pack?" She stops. It is custom for the she wolf to join her mates pack, unless she is higher ranking and an only child.
"I guess I haven't really thought of that. Do we have to leave right away? Only, I need time to pack and say goodbye to my family. And you haven't met my mother."
"No rush. We only just got here. We had planned to stay for a week."
"Oh that's plenty of time." A smile spreads across her face and her eyes light up. She is the most beautiful person I have ever met. Our walk has lead us into the woods.
"Should we shift and let our wolves meet. Mine is going crazy." She suggests.
"Sure." Fiona goes behind a tree to change and I get undressed. I shift into my white wolf and then I see a gray wolf come out from behind the trees. I take in my mates form and we circle eachother. Then her wolf jumps over me and starts running. We run through the woods together until it gets dark. We shift back and meet up with our families. Over the next week, we get to know each other and her family. When the week is over she says goodbye to her family and we head back to our pack. However, on the ride home I remember I didn't practice magic once, and I'm not sure when to tell Fiona about my magic. I should have told her before she left her home for me. I need to tell her before we mark each other.
"Mom, where are we going to live?" I mindlink my mom.
"Haha so now you think about it. Don't worry, your father already figured it out." My mom says back. We pull into our pack lands and Fiona is staring out the window. We pull up to a house that is not my parents.
  "Here you go guys."
"Wait this is ours?" I ask.
"Yep, all your stuff should be inside." My mom says. Fiona and I get out of the car and into our new house. The house is small, but a perfect size for just me and Fiona. Fionas eyes light up and I could tell she is excited. She kisses my check before she goes and explores the house.
That night, after Fiona and I got settled into our house, we are getting ready for bed.
"Fiona I need to tell you something about me." Fiona crawls into bed next to me.
  "What is it?" She asks.
"My parents you met today aren't my biological parents." Her head picks up and she looks at me more intently.
"My biological parents vanished and my parents took me in when I was still a baby."
  "I'm so sorry Hiroen."
"That's not all. My mother was a witch."
"A witch, but wolves aren't supposed to mate with witches."
"I know. And that's not all."
"Are you half elf too?" Fiona teases and smiles.
"No I'm not half elf, but I can also do magic like my mother." There is a pause of silence.
"I'm guessing their vanishing had to do with them being mates."
  "Yes."
"I'm also guessing it's a secret you are their child and can do magic?" She asks.
  "Yes." Fiona takes my hand.
"Your secret is save with me." She kisses me. That night we mate and mark eachother.
