1. Meditate (Optional)

2. Put in headphones or earbuds (Crucial)

3. Play the 8D subliminal linked in the Subliminal chapter

4.  Inhale when the audio goes behind your head, and exhale as the audio goes in front of your face

5. After each time the audio circles your head, count up a number

6. Everytime you reach a number divisable by 5 ( 5, 10, 15 etc) repeat three affirmations EXAMPLES 

(a) I am shifting

(b) The closer I get to my desired reality the more relaxed I get

(c) Any doubts I have will not prevent me from shifting

7. You should be in your DR
