1. Meditate (Optional)

2. Law down in a comfortable position

3. Imagine running on a cliff in slow motion in first person perspective

4. Imagine yourself falling off that cliff into the ocean (Or a field of flowers)

5. When your falling, Say - outloud or in your head - "I'm Shifting into ____, ((Hogwarts or Marvel or wherever)) Please save me"

6. Imagine someone from your DR's hand reach out of the water or flowers to pull you out of them

7. You should feel your chest jerk, then, open your eyes
