1. You can either play subliminals or sounds that remind you of a field (Optional)

2. Lay down and close your eyes

3. Begin present affirmations (I am) Not future affirmations (I will)

4. Imagine yourself under a tree, doing an activity of your choice

5. As you look around, you see something (Pet, Object, person) from your DR running away from you

6. Get up and Run at this something. Take your time

7. However long it takes you, you come to a rabbit hole, the Something will jump down and this is when you decide if you want to shift

8. If you do, jump down taking your time, think of good and bad memories. As you fall, you should feel yourself fall ((Take your time dropping down))

9. . When you hit the ground, you should be in a small room with a door, table, and key. Grab the key and use it to unlock the door.

10. Behind the door, you'll see someone from your DR, they'll ask you "Are you ready?" (This is another point when you decide if you want to shift)

11. Take their hand, walking behind them. They'll take you to your DR room

12. Get into the position you want to wake up in, in your dr bed, and fall asleep in your CR (It helps to repeats affirmations during this)
