Chapter 11: A Rookie

A few weeks later.

FOB Victoria

Mitchell would open his eyes and sits up on his hospital bed. He looks at the table beside his bed and would see vase filled with flowers, he'd pick up the note and read it: "To Mitchell. From Ghost Team"

He'd smile, and would try to stand up, a few weeks have gone by since he woke up, and another week since he was unconscious. He's itching to get back to work.

After a couple of weeks his new arm became normal as if it was the original, though it is a mechanical piece of work. He'd then get off from his bed and begin stretching his body, believe it or not he feels like an old man, he'd have a hardy laugh. A T-Doll then enters the room.

His nurse for these past few weeks HS2000, she'd look at Mitchell and see him standing feeling well. She'd smile then calls him.

HS2000: Captain Mitchell you seem well today.

Mitchell: Yep, I feel healthy as a horse.

HS2000: Interesting.

Mitchell: So what do you think Doc? Am I ready to go yet?

HS2000: We'll see later after we evaluate your physical health.

Mitchell: I do feel fine doc, I want to head out now.

HS2000: (sighs) Alright. I'll let Commander Victoria know, you're fit for duty again.

Mitchell: Thank you. Little Miss.

HS2000 blushes and smiles, then leaves the room.

Mitchell then continues to stretch his entire body. Then would exit his room, and would see the Medical Center almost empty.

The Medical Center is always like this since there are no human personnel out in the field and got injured. So the staff in the Medical Center is lacking. The medical staff just show up to make reports, check the medical inventory, or just evade work all together the perfect place to take chill and relax if there is no important things to do.

Mitchell would see HS2000 in her cubicle, on her computer making a report. Another T-Doll is sleeping in her own cubicle, though this one is quite messy, as there are papers scattered everywhere in the vicinity of her cubicle.

To not disturb the ladies during their work, but before he was able to hold the handle to the exit of the Medical Center, HS2000 called out to Mitchell.

HS2000: Hey! Commander Victoria called me just now, she said to meet her at her office.

Mitchell: Alright, will do Doc, thanks.

He'd then exit the Medical Center, and would arrive at 3 hallways that leads to the Armory and Gun Range, The Logistics and Cafeteria, and The Offices and Dorms.

He'd head to the Office and Dorms hallway, to meet up with Commander Victoria in her Office.

While walking he'd come across PPSH doing maintenance on the base as some of her dolls were working on wires and other electronics, as he passes by hed'd be waved at by PPSH, and would wave and nod back to her, then would continue on to Commander Victoria's Office.
