After what seemed like an entire day of Victoria asking questions to Mitchell, it would finally stop.
"Alright, Scott. What do you want to do now?" Asked Victoria, while leaning back on her office chair.
"To be honest, I have no idea what I'm gonna do next." Answered Mitchell as he realizes he has nowhere to go.
She would be seen smoking her third smoke throughout the entire questioning, and would ask him: "Are you up for hire?"
"Are you sure you want an absolute stranger to join your group?" Reluctantly asked Mitchell, as he looked on interested in her proposal.
MP5's eyes would glitter as the thought of Mitchell joining G&K.
"Well, since you have no connections out there I would suggest you stick with me for the time being." She asks him again, while grabbing something from her desk.
"Give me a couple of minutes to think." Mitchell began thinking about the possible routes he could take, but in the end what she said was right, he has no connections nor know anyone, the only choice is to join.
"Alright, Commander Victoria. I accept your proposal."
"Perfect. MP5 could you be a dear, and grab the file marked 'Employee Registration' in the file cabinet? Thank you!"
"Sure thing Commander." She would look through the filing cabinet and would grab the file, then would hand it over to Victoria. "Here you go!" As delivers it enthusiastically.
Victoria would receive the file from her and would grab a piece of paper from it and would slid it to Mitchell across the table, and would look at him dead in the eyes, then asks him:
"Are you sure you want to join, this is a 5 Year Contract you know, and there no backing out once you sign it."
"Don't worry what's a contract more worse than the military?" Jokingly answered Victoria's last warning.
"Alright, just put your signature and your full name on these lines. And put your fingerprint on the square to complete the contract."
Mitchell would sign everything and put his fingerprint on the square, just as she asked. After that he looked at Victoria, baffled he immediately signed it.
She would grab the contract and would put it back in the file cabinet. Then would look at him as she grins at him.
"Welcome to the Frontline, Mitchell." Mitchell would stand up from his seat and would salute the Commander.
"At ease, soldier." As she said that he would stand at attention.
"Due to the law that prohibits humans from engaging in any form of combat, to preserve humanity, we use T-Dolls or Tactical Dolls in our stead to wage wars. As the Commander of this Frontline Base.. You do not officially exist, and no one but me and High Command knows you exist. Therefore your callsign should be 'Ghost Lead' and I will address you, and all those under G&K will address as such." She would explain to Mitchell what he truly is in for, in a prideful and stoic form.
"You will obey my commands, you will obey everything I say, and you will honor our values and our mission. Which will be in your personal G&K Application and Guide Book."
"So for now 'Ghost Leader' there are no orders at the moment, so you will train to continue honing your skills by using the Range and the on Base Gym. And remember you are nothing and everything. Remember that." After she had said every word needed for any employee needed to hear, she held a large sigh and would sit down back down on her chair, then would look at Mitchell.
"Mitchell you are dismissed. Carry on."
She orders Mitchell, but before he leaves she asks Victoria a question.
"Ma'am I am very new to this Base, should I get a tour and at least a barracks to sleep in?" Curiously asks Mitchell.
"Ahh yes of course I forgot about that, MP5 please tell G36 to tidy up one of the Specialized Sleeping Quarters for him if you would?" She asks MP5.
"Of course Commander.. it is finished."
Said MP5.
"And would you please give Scott here a tour of the base, then escort him to the tidied Specialized Sleeping Quarters please?"
"Of course Commander! I can't wait to start the tour!" She says so enthusiastically, with great positivity too!
"U-Umm.. if you would follow me, uh.. Mr Ghost Lead?" Asked MP5.
"You can call me Mitchell just fine." He tells the enthusiastic T-Doll.
"Alright! Mitchell, lets begin the tour shall we?"
