A huge group of guards come at me from all directions. They are blocking the stairs so it's impossible to leave the floor.
I try to fly, but my wings aren't working. I suddenly remembered I had animal powers. It had seemed so long ago that I had discovered these powers. I don't know how to control them though, so I tried lifting my hand up in the air, then I said "Falcon?" It was the first animal that came to mind that could fly.
And suddenly musical notes come rising up and out of my palm then a giant falcon comes swooping in and lifts me up in the air by putting his head underneath me and pushes me onto its back.
The falcon flew up the stairs so fast that I couldn't see anything, it was all just a blur.
"Oh my gosh! This was in the thingy that I saw for my powers!" I tell excitedly.
When I met Amber, Autumn and Shelby at the entrance of the stairs, Shelby had her mouth open in shock.
"This might sound like a stupid question, but where the heck did you get that bird?" Shelby asks.
"I tried to use my wings but they didn't work. I remembered I had powers so I just said, 'Falcon.' and he showed me up and flew me up the stairs!" I replied, quickly and breathlessly.
"Well, that's all very good, but what do we do now? We have to save those good people. We can't go back to the garden, it's too far to fly to the Celestial Garden - the closest garden to us - so where else can we go?" Asks Autumn.
"Well, I don't know... yet." Shelby replies, uneasy.
"Well, that's super helpful, Shelby! Thank you for that!" Autumn snapped.
"Maybe if I summon a cheetah?" I ask. "Then we can ride it to the Celestial Garden wherever that garden is."
"I think you will find that it won't work. You see, a cheetah wouldn't be able to go that way." Autumn replied. "You see, it's over there."
She pointed up towards the crescent moon.
"What about the moon?" I ask.
"That's where it is." Autumn replies.
"Autumn, do you mind if I cut in ?" Amber asks.
"I... no, of course not."
"You see, the fastest bird in the world happens to be this one here. It is famous for its fast speeds. I recognize those feathers. It's a giant Peregrine Falcon!" Amber told us, pointing towards my falcon.
"Well let's ride the giant falcon, then." I say.
"What's the giant falcon's name? I don't like calling him 'The Giant Falcon.'" Amber asked me.
"Uhhh.... How about Thunder?" I suggest the first name that popped into my head.
"Excellent. Then it's settled. Autumn, would you please set me down on dear Thunder, here." Amber instructed.
