( A Broken Heart )

It's been 10 minutes and Lady Hakari and Isfail is still fighting. They both look tired but no one wanted to surrender.

By the time I manage to wipe the blood from Usuin's face and tie the cuts from King Goro's arm.

"Give up Isfail, aren't you guilty for what you've done?"

Lady Hakari cried.

"I already make up from my mistake, it is you who needs to stop this"

What Isfail said made Lady Hakari even more angry. And ten spikes hovers her back and slowly forming into a one big spike.

"The soul of my family might forgive you but I won't!"

"You don't have too"

She was taken aback from what he said.

"You don't have too. All you need to do is to look at the bright side where all is in back to its life again. Your city, the people around you is at peace already. I am the one who to blame not them, not somebody"

Lady Hakari looks at us and to her people. It's true, this people shows to their faces that they dont want this. They were angry for what happen but it already happened and all they can do is to go back from the state they're from the past.

"I did everything I could to bring life to the city again, and I've been guilty until now for what I've done. I wanted to do good now, I wanted to help. But you're not done from what happen to the past that made your people scared of you too"

Tears came streaming down from Lady Hakari's face as the huge spike slowly disappeared.

And for the first time, everything went calm. There is no wall cracking, no fighting noises, no blood.

Isfail holds Lady Hakari's shoulder as they slowly went down. Lady Hakari sits down to the ground while she sobbed.

I walk towards them and hold Isfail's arm. He look at me and I nodded at him. He let me talks to Lady Hakari while King Goro and Usuin ran towards Isfail.

"Uhm. Lady Hakari? It's okay. I know you're still upset and it's okay to cry things out to feel relief. Life is cruel to humans and I didn't even know it was cruel to shadows too. I can't relate to what you've been going through, but there is always a right place to forgive and let go"

I couldn't take it anymore, I hugged her and let her cry. After a minute she stops and wipe her tears. The door open and a lot of Atomion soldiers walks in. A female one runs towards us and help Lady Hakari stands up.

"Lady, are you okay?"

"I am Sadani"

Lady Hakari looked at me and  holds my hand.

"I am so sorry for  what I have done to you and to your friends"

She really is a good shadow, it's just that the death of her parents and most of her people made her evil and cruel.

"It has nothing to do with us. But I believe Isfail had something to say"

I looked at Isfail and he was a bit of confused but walks towards Lady Hakari anyway.

"Listen, I'm sorry for what I've done in the past. I know nothing will change and I regret everything"

Isfail sincerely apologise.

"I can't forgive you Isfail, but I really wanted to see the the valley again"

She must have referred to her city. The one that Isfail destroys.

"Sure, you'll be in shock if you see it"

"I doubt it. But what I'm confused is why didn't I die?"

Lady Hakari said checking the blood coming from her wound but now all dried up.

"What do you mean?"

"You stabbed me, senti can only die if a shadow kills us."

"Oh, it wasn't a real sword. It was just an illusion and a magic combine. Since you can't feel pain I put blood instead."

Oh so that's why, I only notice that now. I totally forgot that Lady Hakati was stabbed.

"Nami is it?"

She looks at me.

"Yes"

"This is the only thing I can help you"

She held my hands and put something in my palm. She smile and I look at it, it's a seed.

"What's this for?"

I ask.

"It helps the wound to heal faster and less pain"

She motioned me to give it to Kung Goro and Usuin.

"Cook it in an olive water and make them drink it"

I said my thank you, and she offered us to the exit of her palace.

"Isfail, can I talk to you?"

Lady Hakari said.

I help King Goro and Usuin walk as I leave Isfail and Lady Hakari talked.
