"Argh, my head hurt"
I look at Usuin and immediately ran towards him and help him sit down.
"Are you okay?"
I ask and he looked at me, then averted his eyes at the surroundings.
"What happen?"
He ask. And I looked kinda confused by now.
"Wait, you don't remember what happen?"
"No, I do. What I mean is, whoa!"
He said looking at his hands, arm and even though his face.
"My wounds are gone"
I stand up and help King Goro as I noticed he was awake.
"Yeah, thanks to Lady Hakari. You didn't die- how are you feeling your Majesty?"
King Goro struggles to stand up but he manage to as I helped him.
"A bit edgy. But I do feel a lot better now"
I told them exactly what happen last night and how did their wounds healed. We packed our things and was getting ready to head towards what King Goro mentioned.
The ocean of Dead.
"Wait where's Isfail?"
Usuin asked, I was about to answer when Isfail suddenly showed up behind a big leaf and holding a white rabbit.
"Where did you get that?"
I ask patting the cute rabbit.
"I found it, it looks like her feet is wounded"
"She?"
Usuin butt in as I leave them be and help King Goro.
"She's a girl okay, and I already named her"
"Let me guess.....whitey?"
Usuin said and Isfail look at him in disbelief.
"How did you know?"
Usuin rise up and down his eyebrow, getting coocky early in the morning.
"Stop it you two and help us with this"
"Wait he's coming with us?"
He said referring to Isfail. I nodded and put my bow at my back as I tie my boot's laces.
"Yes, Usuin. Isfail know the way"
King Goro said as we started walking heading north.
"I just wanted to remind you that my heart belongs to someone else dude and you better not try to seduce me again"
Usuin clarified while looking seriously at Isfail.
But he shoved Usuin's face away and let go of the rabbit he was holding.
"Don't worry my brother, I am totally a guy now"
Isfail laughed.
"Oh are you now? You're just embarrassed because the love of your life had seen all your embarrassing moments to me"
Usuin remarks and Isfail's reaction was in shock.
"Dont you ever dare to talk about that again"
He threatened.
"I will"
"Will you please stop whatever your doing? You're distracting us"
I shouted at them. I'm surrounded by amateurs, except for King Goro I may add.
"Remember, were heading towards the deadly sea. No matter what happen do not listen to the sirens voice"
King Goro said seriously to us.
Sirens
So they are true, a half fish and woman who's lurking in the shadows of the water ready to jump to their prey. But no, sirens uses their beautiful voice to seduce men.
They're dangerous.
After a couple of hours of walking we've reach a black beach. It's literally black because the water and the sand is black.
"We just needed a boat"
King Goro said searching for boat.
"Don't worry, I'll handle this"
Isfail said, and did his thing about the magic. He twirl his fingers and the sand combined each other and a balck boat was made.
I am so not getting the fact that magic really do exist.
We hop in and and while on the boat, I looked ahead. It's just a vast of water, emptiness.
I am holding my bow tightly looking at the surrounding. Any minute now sirens would show up.
"Did you see that? We need to cross that and we'll be in the world of shadows"
Isfail said referring to the two big stones ahead. Wait, what? That wasn't there a moment ago.
"Here"
Isfail handed us a small circle thing.
"Put it in your ears, so you won't hear the siren's voice"
We put the circle thing and I am getting ready. The boat passed the two rocks and a cold wind greeted us sending a shiver to my whole body.
I didn't even realised I closed my eyes, I opened them and look at the surrounding. There's a fog, the whole place is much more dimmer and creepier.
"Welcome to the Shadow realm"
Isfail said and I immediately look at him.
"Wait, why can I hear you? Does this ear piece thingy won't work?"
"The only voice you can't hear is the sirens"
Oh, so that's how it works.
"Wow, cool"
Usuin remarks and I rolled my eyes to him.
"What? We don't have any of this in our place"
He defended himself and I immediately hish him.
The water is moving, it's small tidal waves.
Sirens.
