Packing up didn't take long, neither did getting back to the apartment and unpacking. It was a bit of a blur if you were being honest. Before you knew it, Amanda had gone back to her room for the night and you had laid Oliver down on the air mattress that had been set up. You took a seat on the floor, using your phone as a light source as you flipped through the albums you had grabbed. You wanted to know if looking at the pictures would do something. Even if they didn't restore your memories, which you highly doubt they will, you could still get an idea as to what your childhood was like and what the supposed trauma you went through might've been.

Flipping through each page, you stared at the pictures of little you. You looked happy. So did the people in the pictures with you. You could recognize your parents. You had a few videos of them recording you as a toddler saved to your computer. What confused you was none of the pictures had anything wrong to them. No one was hurt, there weren't any creepy vibes or people, every picture just showed a happy family. Your happy family.

Then, you found the first picture with Bill in it. You were standing in what looked like an old Freddy Fazbear's restaurant, looking to be maybe six or seven. You were standing on the stage, Bill to your left and Freddy to your right. You had a huge grin on your face. This must've been how you met Bill. You met him at one of the older Fazbear locations. You stared at the picture for a little while longer. Bill looked happy. He looked normal. He didn't look like some alcoholic or druggie who wanted to hurt you. He just looked like a regular guy.

You went back to flipping through the pages. They were still the normal happy family pictures you were used to seeing. Then, you saw something that caught you off guard. You were sitting in a hospital bed, wearing one of those ugly gowns the patients wore. Your mom was sitting next to you. You were both smiling, but yours looked nervous while your mom's looked forced. You looked to be eleven or twelve at the time. The next picture was of you in the same hospital bed, but your hair had been shaven off and there were stitches on your head. You had a piece of paper in your hands, in the process of folding it.

You stared at the picture for a while before closing the book. Half of you told you that this was the traumatic incident, that whatever you had gone through in that hospital had damaged your brain somehow. But you didn't look old enough. Bill had supposedly picked you and Oliver up from the hospital when you were fifteen. So, it couldn't have been what caused you to lose your memory, right?

You set the book down and crawled into bed. Your head felt like it was going to explode if you kept thinking about it. You just needed to rest and then you could think about it in the morning. Only thing was, you didn't sleep. You just couldn't for some reason. Your body wouldn't let you.

When morning rolled around, you felt like you were running on an almost dead battery. The gentle knock on the door and Amanda's voice calling you made you groan internally. Hauling yourself out of bed, you got changed into your work uniform before waking up Oliver. He apparently had an amazing night's sleep as he was already bouncing around.

As you left the room with Oliver, you saw Amanda packing up her bag and zipping up her coat.

"Alright, we'll get McDonald's or something on the way in. We don't really have time to make anything," she said.

"It's six in the morning," you grumbled.

"Exactly, and we need to be in by six thirty," she said.

You groaned. You were really starting to hate that you worked literally all day.

The three of you left the apartment, going down to Amanda's car and getting in. After driving to McDonald's and getting breakfast, which included a large coffee for yourself, you arrived at the Pizzaplex. Oliver had bolted inside while you and Amanda struggled to keep up with him.

"Jesus, what's up with him?" she asked.

"I have no clue. He's been bouncy all morning," you said.

"Maybe he's just excited to be back at the daycare," she said.

You nodded, making your way to the daycare. Amanda went to the desk in the drop off area, unpacking her bag and starting to set everything up. You went down to the main entrance, opening the door and seeing Oliver and Sun already playing together.

"Jesus, you look like a wreck," Peter said.

You groaned, walking behind the desk and taking a seat next to him. "No shit," you grumbled.

"Was Amanda's place that bad?" he asked.

"No, I just couldn't sleep. I might actually join the kids for naptime today," you said.

"Did that whole thing with Bill really scare you that bad?" he asked.

You shrugged, resting your arms on the desk while watching Sun and Oliver play.

Before long, you and Peter did your morning cleaning right before the daycare opened. Sun had tried to talk to you again about what had happened, but you got flustered and dodged the question. You didn't want to worry him with it. When the kids arrived, you went back behind the desk. Peter wound up keeping the kids away from you again so you didn't snap at them or have a meltdown. The day went by like a blur. Your head was pinging between thoughts of Bill, the pictures, and your feelings towards the daycare attendant.

When lunch finally came around, you barely registered Peter had taken Oliver and left the daycare to go get something for all of you. You were only brought out of your daze by the sound of the doors closing and the jingle of bells as Sun walked up to you. He stood at the line where the plush floor of the daycare turned to the cold stone that signaled where the desk area was.

"Sunshine, can we talk?" he asked.

"About what?" you asked.

"About how you've been acting," he said.

You frowned slightly, nodding as you got up and walked over to him. He led you over to the wall near the ball pit, taking a seat on the ground and patting the spot next to him. You sat down next to him, staring at the floor.

"Alright, Sunshine. Please just tell me what happened."
