"I don't think we've properly met," Moon said, holding out his hand for you to shake.

You were a little surprised at first, about to mention that you had already met this morning, but then you remembered Peter mentioning forms. Maybe the daytime and nighttime forms had two separate minds and personalities? That would explain the calmer nature of Moon. And it would also make sense for the two forms to have different personalities. A hyper and loud nighttime form wouldn't be good for anyone trying to nap.

"Y-yeah, it's nice to meet you. I'm (y/n)," you said, taking his hand and shaking it.

"It's nice to meet you as well, dear. I'm Moon," he said, giving you a small bow while still holding your hand.

"Flirt," Peter said in a somewhat teasing tone.

"You're one to talk," Moon retorted.

You let out a small giggle, watching the two go back and forth while trying to stay as quiet as possible. Moon looked like he was having fun with the whole thing, wearing the biggest grin you had ever seen, while Peter had a slightly forced smile and looked like he was trying not to crack. The whole scene was so funny to you, you knew you'd need to stop it before your laughter got too loud.

"La-ladies, please. You're both beaut- beautiful," you said between giggles.

Peter slapped a hand over his mouth, muffled laughter coming from underneath. Moon just smiled and rolled his eyes at you. The three of you continued to talk for a bit, keeping your voices down so as not to wake any of the kids. You learned more about Peter and Moon, and a little bit about Sun as well. Apparently, Sun and Moon had a bit of a rivalry with Monty, mostly because he ran the golf course right across the daycare. The two would apparently play pranks on him after hours, sometimes resulting in them getting in trouble with the results of said pranks.

"So, any fun facts about you, (y/n)?" Peter asked.

"Uh... well, I used to be in this small dance group. It wasn't much and it didn't last long after everyone graduated, but I think some of the people in it work here now," you said.

"So, you can sing and dance and you're good with robots. Tripple threat much?" he said, chuckling.

"Yeah, yeah. That's really about it. I'm not good at much else," you said.

You heard the sound of someone knocking at the daycare door. Peter got up, going to the door and opening it. He started talking with the person the other side before letting them in.

"Hey, Moon, can you go get Jammie for me?" he asked.

"With pleasure," Moon said, giving a small bow before walking over to the kids and carefully stepping around them.

You looked over at the door, seeing a woman standing there. She must've been the parent of one of the kids. She looked over at you, tilting her head slightly.

"Did you finally get another person to help with the morning and afternoon shifts?" she asked.

"Yup. This is their first day," Peter said.

"Oh, that's wonderful. I hope you have a good time working here, dear. I hope my son didn't bother you at all either. He's a little rowdy at times," she mumbled the last part, having turned to you.

"Thank you, and he was no trouble. All of the kids today have been little angels," you said, smiling.

"That's wonderful. He'll probably be back again tomorrow," the woman said.

"Awesome! We're always glad to see kids returning," Peter said.

You noticed Moon was walking back, holding a little boy who was just starting to wake up. Moon handed the boy off to the woman, who smiled and thanked him. You noticed Peter grab one of the Sundrop Candies from the drawer and hand it to the woman.
