Chapter 1

Kim mansion,
With the new morning all the kims were seated on the breakfast table having their food quietly till the silence was broken by mr kim 'Taehyung you need to meet your soon to be husband tomorrow on a lunch date'.

'His name is Jeon Jungkook, he is 21 and the only son of jeons , as his parents are no more his aunt raised him up, he is a polite kid so don't be so cold to him and have a talk with him about the marriage, I have already talked with miss Yuri.'

'Yes father,' replied tae and left from the table.

Mr Kim sighed watching his son walk away and prayed to god to make him happy again.

'Don't worry father he'll be okay,' said namjoon seeing his father's sad eyes.

Mr Kim just nodded with a small smile.

Taehyung went with his day as usual his desk loaded with files and work.

On the other hand, Yuri sat with Jungkook after having dinner and told him about the marriage proposal and the kims.

Jungkook can never deny his aunt about anything because he knows she always chooses what's best for him so agreed to meet the male tomorrow at lunch date, his aunt assured him that if he doesn't like him he won't be forced for anything.

'I trust you eomma', replied jungkook.

'I know baby I wish you get all the happiness in the world.' said yuri getting emotional while hugging him close.

Jungkook just smiled and hugged her tightly, shortly joined by jimin as well.

Taehyung was siping his whiskey sitting in his office, it's past his office time but he didn't feel like going home.

His phone rang, he saw who it was, a sigh leaving his lips, he picked the call.

'Hello, taehyung can we meet tonight?', said the person on the other side.

'No we can't I am busy I have an important meeting tomorrow,' replied taehyung.

'Oh okay, call me when you are free,' and the call was ended by taehyung.

Morning came faster than usual both the males were feeling different emotions one was nervous and excited and the other one was just thinking to get this done with quickly.

Jungkook was nervous, he was continuously biting his lips and tapping his foot while having his breakfast.

Jimin and Yuri tried to make him feel calm while talking about random things and it kinda worked.

After having breakfast jungkook went to get ready, jimin helped him with selecting the outfit as he couldn't choose anything.

Jungkook wore an white oversized jumper, making him look fluffy, he was happy with his outfit he paired it with minimal accessories and makeup with his favourite cheery lip balm.

On the other side taehyung dressed up more formal as he had a meeting to attend after this.

Taehyung arrived at the restaurant first being very punctual with his time and sat their waiting for the other to arrive.

Jungkook was stuck in traffic so he got late , he arrived and asked for his table, it was reserved under both their name. As they both only knew each other's names and not seen each other ever.

Upon reaching the table Jungkook saw a tall handsome male sitting their doing something on his phone. Taehyung sensed the presence and looked up putting his phone aside.

Their eyes met and taehyung was the first one to divert his gaze.

Taehyung stood up to pull the chair for Jungkook, he sat down after watching those dark almond eyes staring deep inside his soul he felt his heart beating faster than usual, the other looked away and took his sit as well.

Jungkook wanted to watch those eyes again, he wanted those eyes on him, he didn't know why he felt this kind of emotion for a person he met for the first time.

Taehyung found himself getting hypnotised in those big doe eyes but reminded himself that the ethereal beauty in front of him is nothing but a deceiving fantasy.

'Hello I am Kim taehyung', tae greeted in his deep voice and jungkook felt something in his belly.

'Hello I am Jeon Jungkook', kook greeted back in his fine soothing voice which reminded tae of that woman on which he clenched his fist under the table.

Taehyung composed himself and called for the waiter, diverting his mind from the male infront of him.

They talked while having their meal , jungkook was the one who spoke most as he felt comfortable with tae, while tae gave short replies and nods here and there when he was asked something.

Jungkook thought maybe taehyung is a person who doesn't like to speak much before knowing the other person and didn't think much about it as many people are like that.

'Are you okay with this marriage?', asked tae in his usual voice with a bit of concern.

'Yes I agree for this marriage.' kook replied softly after thinking for a minute about how he has started liking his soon to be husband already.

Taehyung just watched the male silently as he spoke.

Both sat their in silence for sometime, one feeling giddy while the other was feeling suffocated.

They parted their ways as tae had a meeting to attend and kook understood it though he didn't want to let the elder go.

Jungkook replied positively when his aunt asked about his answer for marriage, she was truly happy for her baby.

At night jungkook's thoughts were filled with tae, how the said male has this deep voice which made him feel things that he never felt before, how he felt so drawn to those dark eyes.

As taehyung had already agreed to the marriage, mr kim being the eldest fixed the date of their marriage shortly after their engagement ceremony was arranged, without any further delay.

Jungkook met the Kims, he really liked and connected with them, jungkook also knew about mrs kim from what he heard from his aunt.

Finally this two opposite souls were going to be knotted together for the rest of their lives.
