Previously on Chapter 33

"You did it, Y/N... you're the third one to finish this task. Diggory and Krum did it before you" he said. I just smile softly. He wraps his arms around me. In the end, the only one that didn't pass to the final task is Fleur Delacour. Which means, me, Harry, Cedric and Victor made it to the final.

-Nightmare-

Y/N P.O.V

We are currently in the Dining Hall, having dinner. Edmund is sitting next to me as always. Ever since I told him and Draco, that I'm going to the Yule Ball with Jacob... my friendship with Edmund is kind of wavering.

I mean, he still looks after me every once in a while. But we're mostly silent to one another. I hate it... I want my old friendship back. I hate it when things are awkward between us.

After sitting in the Dining Hall in complete silence, well it's not really silence, because everyone else are being loud. It's only silence between the five of us and it's starting to annoy me.

I places my spoon and fork on the plate. "Alright, I'm done eating... so I'll get going now. See you around" I said. They turn to look at me, except Edmund.

He keeps his attention on the plate in front of him. I just ignore him and focus on the trio. They smiles at me. I just give them a small smile. I stand up and walks away from the Dining Hall.

Edmund P.O.V

I watch in silence as Y/N walks away. I let out a sigh and run my hand through my hair. "Edmund..." I hear Hermione calls out for me. I turn to look at her. "What?" I said.

"You need to talk to her..." she said. I sigh again and bang my head on the table, making the three of them flinched. "Are you mental? You're going to hurt your head!" Ron said, scolding me.

I keep my forehead against the table. "It's better to be hurt physically than having my heart ripped out of me..." I said. I feel a gentle pat on my back, since Harry's the one sitting next to me... I know it's him.

"Yeah, but you need to talk. Are you really going to let your friendship with Y/N get ruined just because of that one stupid mistake? You really need to be considerate of her feelings, you know..." he said. I just lightly nod my head.

"Yeah... I was at fault in this mess. I shouldn't have kissed her without her permission" I mumbled. I kept scolding myself for kissing Y/N without her consent. She have every right to be upset with me. But I don't wanna lose her... even if she's only going to be a friend. Just having her in my life is enough.

"Then you two need to talk. You need to apologize to her..." Hermione said. I turn my head to look at her. I let out a sigh, knowing she's right about this matter and nod my head in agreement.

"You're right... I'll talk to her and apologize. Thanks, guys. But will she forgives me?" I said, staring at the three of them with a worried gaze. They just smiles at me. Harry gently pats my shoulder in reassurance.

"She will... you're someone who's the closest to her. You two shares a strong bond. I'm sure she'll forgive you, Ed" he said. I just nod my head in appreciation for his comforting and encouragement. I truly hope that Y/N would forgive me.

Y/N P.O.V

I decided to just head back to Gryffindor's common room, because I'm starting to get pretty tired. I need to take some nap, seeing as we have no classes this evening. So there's where I head to.

I stand in front of the portrait and said the required password. The portrait moves open, allowing me to enter. I make my way inside, and towards my room. I just lay down on the bed, not bothering to change because that's how tired I am. I start to doze off as soon as my head make contact with the pillow.

Dream

I open my eyes. I look around me to see it's dark. I can see tombstone surrounding me, letting me know that I'm in some kind of grave. I furrow my eyebrows as I look around.

I can see a shadowy figure not far from where I am. "Who are you?!" I said. The person just let out a laugh that sounded pure evil. The sound of his laugh brought shivers down my spine.

"You are destined for the great of darkness... one day, you shall join me!" He said. I start to shake out of fear at what he said. "What are you talking about. Just who are you??" I yelled at him.

"I am Voldemort. The greatest dark wizard of ALL time! And you will join me!" He said. He turns to look behind me. I turn my head to see Edmund and the trio are standing there.

"Avada Kedavra!" He said. My eyes widened in horror as the spell hits all of them. Their bodies drops to the ground. I watched in horror as the lights in their eyes starts to dim, and 4 pairs of lifeless eyes stares back at me.

"No..." I said, shaking my head. Voldemort starts to walk towards me. "Join me, Y/N. It's your destiny" he said. I shake my head at what he said. "No...

End of Dream

"Noooo!!!!" I screamed, sitting up awake. I start to breathe heavily as I look around. My whole body is shaking from the fear. That dream... no, nightmare. It felt so real.

The door to my room opens up to reveal Hermione. She stares at me with a worried gaze. "Are you okay, Y/N? I heard you screamed" she said. She makes her way over towards me.

"It's just a nightmare..." I said. She takes a seat next to me on the bed. "Do you wanna talk about it?" She asked. I just shake my head, letting her know I want nothing to do with that nightmare except to forget about it. She let out a sigh and nod her head.

"You didn't change your clothes..." she said, looking down at my clothes. I look down and sighs. "I was so tired..." I said. She let out a soft giggle and ruffles my hair.

"Go and get change... I'm guessing you can't sleep after the nightmare. Care to join me in the common room? The others are there too" She said. I just nod my head at what she said. She smiles at me and gets up. She walks out of my room, leaving me alone with my thoughts. I drop on the bed, and stares at the ceiling.
