CHAPTER 13 - Our Past

When Izabelle spoke in tagalog most of them were shocked, but thankfully after Izabelle's family left their house. Tita Imee explained about it

After a few minutes The Marcos Family arrived at their home

All of them were quiet, during their ride

Earlier, when tita Irene said that something happened to mommy, my chest was full of pressure. Because I know that I am one of the reasons because of that

We have arrived in our house, and I could see that Manang esther was waiting for us

"Izabelle, are you okay?" Manang Esther asked while daddy opened the car

I simply nodded as daddy told me that he will just carry me inside

While Daddy is carrying me and Mommy is in front of us. I saw some doctors sitting in our living room

"Careful" Mommy said as daddy helped me to sit in our sofa

"Good Morning Ms. Izabelle. Im doctor dela Cruz and I'll be the one who will treat your wound" The doctor said and I just let them be

Few minutes later, and they are done

"We're done na po" The doctor said

After they finished they bid their goodbyes, I saw my sibling's who was walking towards us

"Izabelle your feet" Kuya Vinny said

"Boys, don't ask some questions, just seat there" Mommy said

I didn't show my emotions, and just stayed silent because of what happened earlier

Looking at my mom really gives me a lot of pressure inside of my chest while seeing her dried tears in her cheeks

"Izabelle, I'm sorry i didn't mean to know about it" Mommy said as she hugged me 

My kuya's are just looking at us, while mommy's tears is flowing

"I'm sorry anak its all my fault" Daddy whispered

While they are hugging me, my face is just pokered with no emotions at all, but after seeing a wound in my mommy's hand. My face turns into worriedness

"Mommy, your hand" I worriedly said and took her hands so I could clearly see it

Daddy also looked at mommy's hand and just signaled manang esther to treat her wounds later

"Don't worry anak, im fine" She said and she just avoided it

While I was looking at her hand, Kuya Sandro's phone had a notification, and let kuya simon and kuya vinny see it

"Izabelle.." Kuya Simon said

I knew that Kuya Borgy probably told them about what happened earlier

"Daddy please?" I whisperly said to him

All of them looked at each other after I said that

I know that it's hard for them to tell me the truth, but I'm already 15 and I know that I could understand it

During the time that I saw a slit in the newspaper earlier, I saw a lot of victims of martial law that made me guilty of what my family did

As much as I don't want to believe the newspaper. I also used my phone to search about it. So I bet that this story is not just a false accusation but a True Accusation

Few minutes have passed and all of them properly sit down and sigh before daddy explained
