CHAPTER 40 - Amnesia

"Who are you?" She asked

She was sitting while Bong was sleeping beside her.

"Belle" I said.

I was startled.

After I called her, Bong woke up.

He slowly lifted his head to look at her.

"Anak" He uttered.

After he said that, he immediately called the nurses.

"Belle, you are now awake!" I exclaimed while tears were forming in my eyes.

"I said who are you?" She repeated.

I was confused when she asked that.

"It's your mommy, hindi ba?" I said while smiling.

"Ikaw ha, you're playing again" I teased.

My emotions can't control myself while looking at her.

My daughter is back!

Izabelle is finally back.

After a few minutes, I saw the doctors coming to us.

"Noted, Mr. Marcos" The doctor said

Belle looked at them confusingly.

"Hello Izabelle" The doctor said

A lot of nurses were behind her.

"H-hi?" She said

"Is it okay if we check you?" The doctor asked

Izabelle nodded.

They checked her pupils, her muscles, her iv and etc.

"Belle.." Bong uttered.

He stood beside me, and held my hand.

Both of us we're looking at them.

I can't imagine how happy I was!

"Well there's nothing serious naman about you" The doctor said.

Belle smiled.

"Do you know what happened to you?" The nurse asked.

She is writing while looking at belle.

I guess they want to know her side effects.

"Again, Do you know what happened to you?" The nurse repeated.

She slowly shook her head.

After Bong saw Belle responded, he tightly held my hand.

His hands were cold.

"Do you know your name?" She asked again.

"Uhm" Belle said

"Maria Louise..." I whispered while looking at her.

"L-louise Romualdez?" Belle uttered.

I was startled.

"How about them?" The nurse pointed at us.

"Do you know who they are?" She added.

Both bong and I are smiling while looking at her.

"Ah.." She said and she slowly shook her head.

After I saw her.

My tears are already forming.

"Then who are your parents?" The doctor asked.
